Report an Unsafe Truck Driver

On Monday the carrier reps called "Kyle" to get updates and nothing. We were eventually told stop calling, your bothering us, don't call back...etc. Extremely concerned and shocked that we could not get an update, the team started calling anyone and everyone due to the macropoint location was turned off and we had 0 visibility. The driver would not answer the phone and dispatch had ghosted us. I sent email with "State Police - Stolen Freight" etc in the subject line. We then received a call from someone stating that he was in charge and that the truck was in Tuscaloosa, AL broke down. That's all of the information he would give. They ghosted us once for the rest of the day. I called all around and about the last call out was to Bambarger tow company and told them we were looking for a truck that was broke down. I told them truck #105 and SANA was the trucking company. The guy on the phone said that they didn't have one on their property. After calling the local police and talking to an officer, he drover around and found it at Bambargers. I called Bambargers and asked if truck #105 on the hood and SANA Freight on the door and Evergreen Freight LLC was on the side of the truck. The guy said "yes, but it was checked in as Evergreen Freight MC#1435339 and not SANA Freight". I am dumbfounded at this point. As you see in the pic, it is very clear. What the heck is happening is what I was thinking. So I started calling both companies and could not reach anyone. I called both insurance companies and nothing. I called Bambargers and talked to one of the owners. He said that they got the call Sunday night from State Police about a truck that had rolled over on its side and there is no driver to be found. The driver abandoned the truck and the State Police were still looking for him after Tuesday. Thinking he stepped out of the truck and forgot to set the brakes and it rolled down the on ramp and then into the ditch and on its side it went. So after a week, we were in contact with what we thought was a claims adjuster for SANA. What they were doing was diverting and stalling. SANA does not have insurance. Evergreen does not have Insurance. Both companies expired. The mothership - ZAMM Logistics MC#1406291 is over both SANA and Evergreen and does not have cargo insurance. ZAMM has Progressive GL and not for trucks. All Progressive asked "is there going to be a cargo on the trailer"? SANA/ZAMM/EVERGREEN said no, the trailer is empty"'. We are trying like crazy to get the State Police involved and local with no luck. What they did was use Zamm to pay the tow bill and get the truck and trailer released with our freight on the trailer. All companies involved are going to be blasted for fraud/theft/deception/and everything else we can add. Progressive paid over $40K for the tow bill and never checked to see if there was cargo on the trailer. We are still trying to get claims from someone

The exit was backed up nearly 2 miles with traffic, as people entering and people exiting must merge into one lane. Your inpatient driver attempts to queue jump nearly the entire line of cars wanting to exit just so he can get ahead. While attempting to do so, the semi truck he was controlling came within shear inches of my left mirror, as he tries to squeeze in front of me. When he is unable to do so, the reckless driver falls in behind me and begins exhibiting signs of road rage; swerving to try and pass me or hit me while we are on a one lane exit that is elevated hundreds of feet above the ground. Lastly, he began tailgating me and trying to intimidate me while seemingly rummaging around the semi-truck’s cab for something. I WOULD NOT continue to employ this driver, as he is an eminent threat to public safety, and furthermore is a big liability to anyone who employs him.

I was driving East on art. 14 and this truck comes flying up beind me, there’s already a car in front of me and a car in the right lane by my side. He’s getting incredibly close and the roads are icy. The car to my right moves up a little and the truck behind me without any turn signals moves to the right lane but is still very much in my lane I thought he was going to rip my right mirror off he then speeds up and cuts off the car in front of me which has to swerve so the truck Doesn’t hit their front end. This morning, about 7am this man blew through an active school zone doing about 40mph. He passed another semi actually doing the speed limit of 25mph. Then proceeded to get up to 70mph in a 55mph zone. This is reckless driving and due to this I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone concerned with safety because this man sure isn’t. I called the company number on this page to complain and spoke to a lady who was very nice. This evening, David Hensley called me and was extremely rude. Talking down to me and told me I was liar. Which I am not. He also acted like I got his number by nefarious means. He apparently doesn’t know how to use the internet. In conclusion, if you want an unsafe driver who doesn’t even understand the basics of the internet or busniess, David Hensley at C&D Trucking is for you. All other safety minded individuals look elsewhere.

Truck illegally and I safely parked, abandoned for 2 days. It is blocking speed limit signs, busy stop lane, community bike parking and ability to see oncoming traffic. Slippery conditions. Unsafe!! Please tow this truck asap. Mi am calling Department of Transportation, Seattle City Council and the police to request this aboandoned vehicle be towed. Incredibly unprofessional!

Coming through road construction area I was driving about 5 miles over the speed limit in the construction zone and the truck was riding on me with his Jake brake and as he went around me I was trying to catch up with him to get a picture he swerved his truck at me and we have this all on video he also as I was trying to get his tag kept brake checking that almost caused us to wreck ….then cut over and run 2 cars off road that was merging on highway …..truck number 35
