If I could give zero star, I would! It took this company (A1 Diesel Truck Repair) 6 days to replace air lines. Drivers: if your trucks breakdown around Cincinnati areas, stay away from this company, they’ll charge you thousands for nothing. Thanks.

I brought my truck into a A1 diesel on Friday because it would not start it took them until Tuesday of next week to tell me they could not fix my truck and they charge me 2500. So I had to get it towed to Rush trucking and it took them 2 hours to fix my truck. So I went back to a A1 diesel and complained to them and they gave me my money back from getting my truck towed away. I wish they would have told me earlier that they could not fix my truck instead of running up the bill.

I took my truck there because I had difficult to start it every morning. He said to me to leave it and they will check it thin after four days I called MO the son of owner.he said my truck ready for pickup. I paid around $1367 I didn't know for what. Now I still have same problem. I called thim asking me to bring truck back thin when I bring it told a young man to check it after 30 minutes came back with Nathing been found. This guy's doesn't have experience plus they make a damage in my truck under the head when I show the owner said the truck came like that. only engine brake Harnice been changing. I will report this business with AAA business bureau

Did electrical/air hose work for me and didn’t tighten up his work after, all was left hanging loose which caused it all to tie around drive shaft. Noticed this after 3 hours of driving away and truck went down again. Stay away from this place!!!! Paid almost $2,000 for it to break down again 3 hours later

Took my semi tractor there for an oil change/PM. They were extremely nice and very professional! They were very thorough and looked the truck over for other problems. They found and fixed 2 other issues that could have easily failed out on the road and cost me a service call and or tow. They did an outstanding job and do excellent quality work. I will definitely be taking my truck back to them whenever I have a problem or need service and highly recommend them!

Very good work, I bring my truck here for oil change, they noticed that my filters have not been changed when I get my PM done. I bring my son here too and they did his tires and full brakes for half price what dealer wanted for same job. Finally a good shop not wanting to steal from drivers. They have my business for my truck and sons.

I don’t recommend anyone going there... very poor service and very slow workers.... lady at the desk and her son were very rude...they charged me$375 for pm service even tho I bought my own filters.....total rip off... plz get your work done elsewhere...
