Great place.but had some problem when they took my number out of the system .and now for some strange reason it's back in there. System.they would make some of there employees uncomfortable when a person asking them a question concerning their phone number being in the system some employees will tell you the truth and some will deny they have a supervisor over there manager I know her name but I'm not going to mention her name cuz I respect people but she followed along with it at one time and now that's the number is being seen now she's agreeable with it sometime I'm confused I don't know what to say about that but that's not a good thing I lost a lot of money doing the pandemic when they were doing that when I knew I should have credit

It was very windy n the Front of the Store was Dirty. Waited a while for Customer representative to come to front counter. Well stocked, Fresh food as usual. My Cashier was very pleasant and proffessional.

Okay grocery store. Could have wider selection of products.

They have Lagunitas \o/

Compared to other grocery stores in the area, this place is amazing. Workers are friendly and helpful, store is clean and kept stocked for the most part. It's a little more expensive but if you fully utilize the app you will end up saving money as opposed to other stores in the area.

The bathrooms here are disgusting. No toilet paper in either stall, at all. Very dirty toilets that look as though the people were blind. In fact, I’m sure the blind are more courteous. They need to rethink management.

It’d be rad to be able to shop without being catcalled by employees.

They never have Turkey hill unsweetened lemon ice tea.... it's very disappointing when that's why I went to Acme.....

Very Unique store! Not only can you enter from garage parking, Street entrance...and even an elevator. Clean, stocked, customer friendly

High pricing ... at the end of last year some raised specifically e.g.. one itemwebt from $3.99 to $4.99 and today I notice it is now $5.99. Will remain off my grocery list among other items. Taken in consideration when it is perishable best to keep pricing low so it doesn't seat on shelf and become outdated and have to be discarded. Customer serving include Price is Right. Food for thought!

- Front lines often packed--avoid peaks when you can. Management occasionally hanging out in tight thoroughfares with delivering vendors as customers try to navigate around them with carts. Bizarre lack of awareness. This would be a ludicrous nit-pick if it was a one time thing, but I've seen it multiple times. + Associates in produce, meat, fish, bakery always very helpful. Front end associates great; not their fault when they're understaffed! Renovations looking great. This place changed corporate hands about a year ago. Growing pains could account for the negatives above. We'll see in another year... Update: I just walked in and around 6:30 p.m., and the place is so poorly staffed that there is a line running from the do-it-yourself checkout all the way down the rest of the unmanned registers. I just walked back out. I can tell you this place is never going to get my money again. Also, why are we sourcing milk from California when we are in a Dairy producing state? Acme is the worst.

What can I say, it's convenient and has a great selection. Always making improvements. I am a Registered Dietitian and I teach healthy cooking classes for area businesses and the community. My class participants know ACME is my spot for everything! You can get great quality without your whole paycheck.
