A person who has their insurance with Acuity hit our car. Acuity stepped up to the line and within a week we had a check equalling the body shop estimate. Their rep was very professional in her dealing with us.

I doubt I will ever change insurance companies. We have had 2 water claims in two different houses in the last 2 years. The claims adjusters have been helpful and diligent. They pay claims quickly, and work with the contractors that we found to get everything done and paid for as soon as it could be done. I would highly recommend Acuity.

Acuity's customer service is second to none. I had a claim last year on my RV and they handled it in days and walked me personally through the whole process. I was never left waiting or wondering what to do next. And their rates are so reasonable. I could not be happier with Acuity. Customer for life!

I had a flood caused by a washer that overfowed wiping out 4 rooms n 3 hallways on one level n destroying furniture and so much more on the lower level. They responded quickly and it took 3 mo. To do repairs n replaced damaged areas. I was put up at a hotel of my choosing, and dinners were paid for. I greatly appreciate how quickly they handled what was a massive and expensive undertaking. Thank you. I greatly appreciate everything and Recommend this company to everyone. Donna B.

I've been with Acuity for many years now because of their value. In comparison to the other major carriers I've been with in the past Acuity has given me excellent service at a lower rate. Never a problem when we've had a claim. Everything taken care of quickly with friendly helpful service.

Top notch service with great pricing. My claim was handled quickly, professionally and fairly with no arguments. Totaled a vehicle I had for only tow months and all I was out in the end was the agreed deductible. That is how insurance is supposed to work. I have been with Acuity for many years and I suspect that is not going to change ion the near future. I highly recommend this company.

Gregs Mower Shop for Acuity Insurance
I cancelled my policy in April of 2018. Acuity continued to bill my company for the next several months and then DEMANDED an audit and DEMANDED to be paid over $2000 for the months AFTER I cancelled!! This company is a fraud and will scam it's customers every chance it can! During the entire time I carried a policy through them, I had ZERO claims filed!!! I do not recommend Acuity to ANYONE!!

I’ve been blessed not to have to submit many claims, but each time I had to every person I ever contacted at Acuity has been very friendly, thorough and always focused on helping me. They demonstrate true customer care which is why I have never explored any other company for my insurance needs.

Robert Wussler for Acuity Insurance
I've only been with Acuity for about 4 years and have dealt with them for a couple of claims one being a hail damaged roof. Their claims dept and adjusters are so quick to respond and very efficient and helpful. They worked with the contractors to expedite the whole process making it seamless and worry free.
