My tires were stolen twice I has absolutely no problems with insurance payments. The check was mailed to my home both times to pay the shop. I paid the deductible and was in my way. Customer service was great!

Every representative I spoke to kept talking over me; how can I correct the invalid information you keep pulling up? Towing service never showed up, on day 2 of trying to get my vehicle towed. Roadside assistance and claims like to bounce you back and forth because no one seems to know their job duties. Horrible experience. Hope I never need to use their services again

Terrible claims experience. I tried regularly to get a hold of the claims adjuster to no avail. When I called customer service in the claims department they told me I wasn’t allowed to speak with a supervisor. They would not provide me with a supervisors number. They would not provide a supervisors email. They were not allowed to transfer me to a supervisor. That I had to file a claim complaint through the adjuster that I couldn’t get a hold of. They would not get the claim reassigned to a new party for handling. Still unresolved.

This company will 100% overcharge and steal your money. They overcharged us by almost $5000. They agreed to give us half of it back in a refund and now they are saying they will not give us a refund. Debbie is the worst person to deal with. She has no clue what she is doing. She laughed when I asked her about the refund that they already promised us to receive in 14 days (never happened). They are all around a horrible company and scam Artist. She told me even though I traded in a vehicle that I still have to pay insurance on it for another 3 months even though I do not have it. She is delusional. I promise this company will 100% steal your money from you. Stay far away from them.

Great company! They frequently give me a much better price than other companies in the same market. In my 36 years of experience as an agent their claim service is just as fair as any other company.
Customers often believe their car is worth much more than it is, especially if they bought from a dealer and financed it. All insurance companies pay ACTUAL CASH VALUE at claim time which usually totals a 10 year old or older car. No company will pay dealer overhead, profits, reconditioning costs, etc. They ALL pay basically what your would sell it for as is in a private party sale. When I explain this to a customer I have had nobody complain that they were ripped off.
Frankly, IMO the best way to sell a used car is to "sell" it to an insurance company.
