We scheduled to move on a Thursday at 1:00pm. They called at 1:15pm and said they cannot do it then but can the following Monday. I had to call another mover and got lucky as the sale of the house was happening the next day. They said it was not their problem. NICE COMPANY!!! NOT RELIABLE
Jeremy and Devante were our movers, they were GREAT!. Jeremy is really experienced and knows the job well, he had lots of tricks that were impressive and helpful. Both Jeremy and Devante were very strong men. It was a 6-hour move they were constantly moving, they never stopped until the move was complete. They are very respectful and professional. The only thing I would say is we paid $800 (local move) for 2 guys, if I wanted "Two Men and a Truck" I would of used that company. We were fully packed up all that was needed was to load-up and unload. So, I feel the move took longer than necessary because we only had two guys and I felt it was bit to much for them two to do alone. A third guy would have made things much easier and cheaper because time would have been cut back a bit, and at $114 an hour that's a good thing. Plus, I became concerned about my items because I could see the guys were tired. They worked hard but I felt bad and ended up helping them to unload...for time, safety of my items and I could see they were pushing themselves into overdrive. Would I use the again...YES!! W/request of a third guy🙂👍🏾
Here is something Joe and I decided not to talk about until now because we do not like leaving negative reviews about companies. We always hope they do the right thing without us resorting to this but All MY SONS MOVERS decided not to show us that they are good company. Instead they showed us how terribly they treat their good customers and how little respect they have for anyone or their household items you have worked your whole life to collect. If you cherish your items in your home then we would not recommend using All My Sons to move. We moved from Ohio to Florida in February of this year and it was the worst experience of our Iives. Not only did they admit to us that their movers did destroy about 70 percent of our items, they have refused to work with us to come to a mutual agreement forcing us to now post a negative comment and file with the BBB. Just one example in our moving experience with All My Sons is that they charged us an extra money on top of the regular moving expense to move our 70" 3 month old smart TV. They said they had to be the ones who wrap it and package it to have it arrive safely. Well it did not arrive safely. It was crushed in the top right corner destroying it permanently. You can see by the pictures I am attaching here that their movers don't care anything about your items. They just want your money. Their movers not only tried to cover up some of the damaged items but they also would not allow us to look on the truck for our many missing items. We had to assume that they were so badly broken that they had either already thrown them away to hide the evidence or they were just hiding in them in the truck until they could throw them away. Most of our loved items were either broken, scratched, cracked or missing. Yes we estimate 70% of our items were damaged. We understand that people and companies make mistakes but its how they handle the mistake, take responsibility for their negligence and treat their customers makes for a good, trust worthy company and All My Sons did none of these. They had everyone opportunity to work with us on some kind of fair settlement but all they did was offer us $624.00 and wanted us to sign a paper for that amount taking away our right to post our story on any social media. YES You read that right. Just the TV itself cost us 1000.00 to replace ourselves because of their negligence plus remember they charged us extra to protect just that item and yet they refused to even cover the cost of just the TV. $624.00 to cover our totally destroyed 900.00 computer armoire and the countless other items that were so badly damaged we either had to throw away or fix them ourselves. Even after this offer we tried to work with them on some type of agreement but again they would not work with us. Their motto is "LET OUR FAMILY MOVE YOUR FAMILY". I hope that they truly do not treat their family as terribly as they have treat us, otherwise family services needs to check on their families to make sure they are OK. Please learn from our mistake. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS if you care at all about your family and home.
We moved from Ft Meyers to Port Charlotte. They came on time but when they were packing the truck they didn’t pack it right and then I had to unpack and then repack it again. They started unpacking our stuff and then we heard a crash and a little laughter I don’t even know what that was judging from a few of my tjkngs they scratched a few pieces of furniture. They moved my weights into my weight room and dropped weight on the floor which made two chops spots on my brand new floor. The head of the crew said he would send his father to fix it and we never got a call back. We noticed our furniture has some chips in it that weren’t there before. We called the company to tell them I checked the floor and about a few pieces of furniture The woman said can you please hold and sent me into a voicemail. We’ve emailed and called a number of times and nothing back. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all I’ve had other moving companies and they were really good. I also want to add that we did buy the boys pizza and soda and they left cans and their garbage everywhere. This is the way they treat people and your property. I guess we should look at the reviews before we hire anybody. Do not hire these people! And this is what I wrote Removal
Don’t use this company if you want to be assured that you will have movers on the day that you plan to move. I paid the deposit for a local move, received a confirmation call 3 days before the move in which I confirmed the date and time of services, and I received a confirmation email a day before the scheduled move. Then on the day of the move I got a call telling me that they didn’t have enough people to complete my move that day, and on top of that they weren’t open the next day(Sunday) to do it that day instead. I already had everything packed up and had made all the plans to move. I ended up having to rent a U-Haul and moving everything with just myself and my wife. If you want a company that will certainly be there for your move, don’t use this company.
