The position of this company is to find a driver so it is the luck of the draw which driver you get. Called weeks in advance to plan and the driver was switched the night before. Did not email me the contract til the morning of pickup.I had a horrible experience with the driver being late and came to pickup with a broken truck and my cars being damaged in the process with dropping off late as well. This company will wipe its hands clean after they charge you the deposit and your in the driver's hands after pickup. Nelson knew the experience I had and at the end all I asked for was for my deposit back to cover damages and never heard from him again. Good luck with whatever driver you get. Getant & son trucking was the company and has 1 star review ratings on the trucking websites with a c rating on better business bureau. Don't know why Nelson would choose this company to jeopardize always available name

Thank you Nelson for helping me get my new vehicle delivered to my front door! The service, communication, and quality overall was top notch. You hear horror stories from shipping companies and this was not the case with Always Available Auto Transport and Nelson at the helm. Thanks once again, it was an easy and non-stressful experience.

NEVER USE THIS AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY. They will REFUSE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS you submit because ANY damage to your vehicle will be considered "AN ACT OF GOD". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. My vehicle was damaged upon arrival to Florida.

Awesome service!!! From start to finish Always Available Auto Transport came through. The fees were reasonable and competitive and I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off. Nelson. the manager, was upfront and professional and the driver was prompt, courteous, and communicative. Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Thank you!

We had a very pleasant experience with this company! They were very accommodating & transported two of our vehicles from Nebraska to Illinois within the same week of our request. Kenneth and his Team were outstanding. I was a little skeptical at first because of the great rate I was able to get, but once I made the commitment the service was impeccable. I was informed every step of the way, and my car was delivered in record time. All the way from Alabama to Arizona in 2 days. Absolutely amazing!! Professional auto transport at a bargain price! Received discount since I was flexible on pickup/delivery dates, and then car was picked up next day with delivery from TX to CA in 3 days. Quoted price is what I paid, driver kept us informed with an ETA, and car was delivered as promised. No surprises!
