Constructive Critique for
ABE8 Amazon Distribution Center
Do yourself a favor and schedule your appointments at night! The two people working the driveway tonight are a breath of fresh air compared to the two rude women who yell at everyone during the day! The people in the guard shack actually seem to care about expediting at night too! I was only online for about 15 minutes tonight and I'm loaded up already in less than an hour! I'll never come here during the day again!

Getting better every day, keep up the great work. Please lets make it a good experience for everyone, come on time at ur app schedule, Slow in due to long lines during busy hours, and waiting for a door from So 4 sometimes for hours, other times fast check in and fast out. I dont like going to the offsite’s
In Pa, pay extra toll and so on. The future is looking bright here if things keep moving smooth. Florence I believe in you!!! Dont turn me around.

Fire all guardshock workers and hire new ones. Each truck 10 minutes, always big lane. Don't take loads to this place. If you wanna loose you time come here!

(arrived on time, long line to the gate)
pass the gate by text message (load ID + truck plate number + trailer unit number) —->
check-in & get a door at the office (S04, door 167~168) —->
drop the trailer & move to cap parking lot —->
wait for unloading —->
paperwork at the office
*** poor management
*** long waiting
*** very busy facility

Waiting approximately 1 hour and plus at entry guard shack. If you non amazon trailer you will wait sometimes more. Do not come early than appt time, they’re unable to check you in.
Be positive always.

Not to say others might have had a different experience but mine was good..pulled in at 12:40 for a 1 am texted appointment number was issued a door immediately after backing in I walked to receiving as directed was explained the procedure in a prompt and professional manner .what more could you ask for? .sorry if some where expecting overnight parking with a hug and someone to tuck you in cause I didn't get none of that either..this is trucking after 30years on the road this is a good experience in my book...

If you don’t had good experience here do not buy from amazon buy from eBay or others there are plenty as a truck driver I never had good experience in amazon especially the people that are working are the most arrogant beings that you ever encounter.
Ask for more money if you are going to amazon to make delivery and never ever visit the amazon site to buy staff.
