I 🤟🏻 Amazon, the name of this business, mean a lot to me. I observe that there's respect for everyone or trying everyday. Diversity/ inclusion in different aspects of the business. Furthermore, everyone works in different areas we all make business in some ways/learned. I think Amazon Could grow much more in business in different areas. I feel confident helpful and caring for everyone and everyday. I believe in respect/help to others is so important. I would love to see more ASL signs on pins/education don't disappear. We all need education to be better. It's my pleasure to have this opportunity to be there! 🛺🐞🐝🐜🏀📝📖📚📊📈

How can you lay off a bunch of seasonal workers without proper notice ??? They literally walked in for their shifts but cannot clock in... HR said they were being laid off at that very moment... No text, no email, no notice or any kind !!!!! That's not fair or ethical.... !!!!!! 😡

I've worked at Amazon for almost 4 years, been to different building but this DAL 3 has shown me the true color of Amazon. In this building if you have a problem as an employee, you will never get help from anyone. HR will say no it's not our responsibility, manager will say the same. The first time I broke my back they refused to give me an accommodation, this time around I submitted another accommodation request due to pregnancy just for them to send me to pack because I'm currently picking and climbing the ladder and going on my knees all the time to grab heavy items is risky according to my doctor who has given me all the necessary documentation, but this people won't still move me to pack meanwhile they have been hiring new people for the the same department they're refusing to send me to. They want me to quit after all this years of service and yes they have won I'm quitting because I can't risk my baby. In this place you're considered until they realize that you're no longer fully useful to them.

A fun professional work experience. I love the dedication of getting to customer's orders to them in a timely fashion ✨️ trust we work hard and pay attention to details 💪 👍 😊

The workers all over the place and ABM NEED MORE PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR INSTEAD OF 1 per floor. Dress code doesn’t matter here you can walk in this place naked they wouldn’t say nothing. Apt at 2pm for drug testing. It took an hour and minutes in line to get to the front, so the person can grt your DL. then 10min for the drug test. I left at 3:30pm

Horrible management and they don't staff people accordingly and overworks those that do work. Instead of giving VTO for being over head count they send people off to other departments and consider it "labor share".

The lady by the name of Paula that administer the drug test for pre-hire is extremely rude to everyone. Makes you wonder how the work environment is.

I got sent to stow when I first started. Standing in one spot is fine but climbing stairs and walking an extra 10 minutes to get to my station made my foot hurt.I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I went to the doctor to get a note for my foot. They DO NOT CARE if you have a disability! They did not honor that note. Apparently there were no positions available anywhere else. HR does not care, management doesn’t care! This is the worst place to work.

I haven’t worked here but overall had some good experiences getting my COVID shot in 2021 and a training I had to attend.

The staff at this location is RUDE. I walk up and the employees who are suppose to be helping are chatting to each other...one lady ask how could she help me but as soon as I start to tell her she rudely interpreted me to ask another individual if they got everything taken care of, even called the woman over and they all started chatting as though she didn't just ask me how she could help me. Finally, I said well who is going to help me. She said she was. As soon as I get in front of her she said she (the other lady) was going to help me because her computer is down.Then the other lady (GETTO) nails are to long and shouldn't even be allowed tells me I have to fill out part one of the application when I already did. I just told them to forget it. Amazon may be a great place to work but I refuse to work with individuals like the two of them. I'm pretty sure the owner wouldn't have like that nor their immediate managers.

The staff was very helpful in getting my paperwork in order and very efficient in their role.

Shady things happening in this warehouse. Other workers will mess with your work as a picker, especially if your numbers are really good. Mind you I’m an introvert and apparently people don’t like that. I didn’t have a floor manager for the last month I was there and had to quit. It was a huge mess. Some people really don’t have lives outside of work and if you’re on of them, this place if perfect for you.

They say they care about there associates but they don't honestly. All they care about is the job and not the safety of others. They pretend to care. And now this weather is unsafe and they still trying to make people come in who can't make it in due to unsafe conditions on the road. Dal3 is so unorthodox and so dysfunctional.

I order what looked like a regular loose powder and was the size of a damn quarter that I can barely hold in my hand. Was not even worth 10 cents. Do not buy from here looks are deceiving to say the least .

This is very worse place to pick up the load, i was drop the trailer dec 12 at 10:am and now dec 13 at 11:55 am they still loading , wouldn’t give it zero stars if i could ‘ this place is disrespectful ,rude, they are racist. they don’t have good communication systems ,and the lady she was drive this truck she was looking me like with worst eyes. totally this place is trash .

When it comes to peak season November and December, Amazon has worst parking too much traffic at nights I ever seen. I don’t like how they blocked the roads. I am thinking about quitting Amazon for next year before peak season. It really makes employee wanting to quit.

I would give this location No Stars, I would never work at this location ever again. This place is so disrespectful, rude, ugly, and made me ruthless. I have a part time job here, in the pack department. It's pretty fast paced, but I like it, and my coworkers are pretty cool.

I have been getting steroid shots for sometime, had an interview and I would of been awesome. Fast learner, easy to get along with, dependable. But nope I came up with a false positive and they said byyeeee. Won't shop or talk to Amazon again.

I will never ever work for this Amazon location ever again. I was Terminated on accident and then I couldn’t access my pay check or anything on the app. One of the managers gave me VTO and the he stated that she wasn’t suppose to give me VTO and they took my UPT hours for it. They treated me like everything was my issue when all of it was from them terminating me on accident. I have never in my life been treated this way at a job.

Work you too hard at this place. They should learn from the Coppell location. My wife is 60 and they got her pulling pallets instead of picking which is what she was hired for. When she tells her manager it's too hard, he says I'm sorry but you are the only one I got. Well, what do they do the other three days she is not there?

Job great ...help me and my family so much...environment great too..leaders help us greatly in many ways..but each and everyone of us need to keep up in whatever we are assigned to do but not just to get paid or get more hours

My wife had ordered some snacks for our daughter and they came from this location. When they arrived they were wrong so she contacted amazon and got a redelivery and those were wrong as well. The box clearly states what is in the box but the bar code sticker says something different. They clearly don't pay attention when scanning products. My daughter is very picky about what she likes and now we have 12 cans of puffs that she won't eat and we can't even get a refund for. People at this location clearly need to be PROPERLY RETRAINED! Managers included.

Staff Very Rude, Defiantly isn’t professional, have signs throughout interview that says no profanity but listening to music playing profanity through out the interview process. Chewing gum and popping bubbles while interviewing, and texting on their phones. Guess this explains their high turnover rate

I like it starting to grow on me good people

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My mom went for a pre hiring process and was asking for help with an interpreter and was being ignored the whole time. The guy who interviewed her gave her a work schedule, my mom turned around to ask someone for help with explaining it a bit better in Spanish, and the one who interviewed her quickly snatched the work schedule from her. He then proceeded to tell her that she had to wait for an email confirmation because she will need to go through extra steps before getting hired.

Site HR is super hard to contact. Drove 30 minutes there and back, spent 1.5 hrs waiting for assistance from HR to only be told they can’t help me until Sunday 7:30am. This is the second time I’ve been asked to show up to only be turned around. I was an internal transfer from a different fulfillment center. They never bothered to meet with me and only spoke through security. Security personnel was super honest and helpful as none of it was their fault. HR & learning has failed a new employee at this location.

I tried applying, I made it to my first appointment. The lady said I was applying at this location, and explained to her I had chosen a different location, but my screening was schedule to be done at this location. The lady lied to me and said I chose this location. Made me withdrawn my application. I had to reschedule for a week later at a different location. I missed those other appointments for personal reasons . I then rescheduled at this location again 🤦🏻‍♂️ Big mistake. I showed up at 5:43pm. My appointment was at “anytime between”5:30-6:00pm. As I was parking they were closing the doors. The dude saw me walk up to the doors and didn’t even try to get me in last minute. Really frustrating to get a job with this company that avoids “interviews” for faster hiring, yet the process is confusing. You can’t contact no one if you’re running behind. I honestly blame my first appointment where the untrained employee messed up my application by saying I applied at the wrong location and I 100 percent know I applied at the right location. I even took a screen shot of my appointments. I was excited to get a part time job with Amazon, but after this experience it left a bad taste. I’m mad I didn’t get the employees name, and I’m more mad there’s not really a way to call someone and complain. So instead I’m writing this review like a “Karen” 🙃 .

I went for a pre-hire appointment that I scheduled and got there a little before time, the warehouse is pretty big so I had to ask a couple of people where to go and they were helpful, But when I finally found the door someone came outside and told me they were closed and to reschedule and gave me no explanation of why they were "closed" and shut the door in my face. I drove 40 minutes to get there and almost a hour to get home. I was looking forward to working at this facility. But sadly there are rude employees
