I'm a truck driver, its a very nice place..anybody know how to get in touch with the shipping department...phone number..

The guard checks in, get the duck door, parks the truck, goes into the building with the paperwork, gives it to the staff, gets back in the truck and waits for the call, the staff is friendly, it's as simple as that（8:00 a.m. appointment, 7:30 a.m. arrival, 9:00 a.m. finished）

This is my second time here. The first time I unloaded the goods, I waited for three days. Will it break the record this time? Have been waiting for 12 hours now.

Just not right I hate delivering here they need someone that speaks English

No back up system so if the truck inbound outbound computers go down be prepared to wait. I have been sitting here for over 3 hours. No reason why this multibillion dollar company can’t have a back up system. No respect for their drivers time.

They stole my truck tent I ordered off of eBay and they sent me a empty box!

Staff have poor communication. Yard jockey yelled racial slurs at me for doing something the warehouse staff told me to do. Had a 9:00 appointment took all day to unload

I have a liveload，appointment 4:00pm，check in 3:10pm，give a door immediately，45minutes unload finish（4 pallet）

Rude guard shack, refuses to check-in trucks at SAT, stated that the SAT does not matter to them or the fact that your Amazon performance score will be affected. Will only check you in 30 minutes prior to SDT. Very disappointed with personnel training at this site. Our company notified the regional manager and ROC regarding this matter.

ordered a tenpoint crossbow off of amazon from this place package got delivered today and it was 2 boxes of toilet paper in the amazon box was even a cheap brand called presto so I wouldn't order anything if it comes from this place now I have to go through a bunch of phone calls to get this resolved would of gave 0 stars if this was an option

A wonderful place to work. Great benefits on day one and a complete network of online, phone agents and even healthcare technicians that do "house calls" if needed.

If I would have known about the comments at this specific Amazon I would have never work there because the comments are true about Dana the manager. I used to work there back in October of 2021 and she was ruthless and so was I because I refused for a grown lady to talk to me as if I'm some four year old child. Even though I gave her all the respect in the world, she would still basically break your character down so she can feel good about herself. And everyone else in that warehouse that has secured positions in there. They are fake in personality. Of course it is every warehouse however they will butter you up with great conversation just to actually hit you with something that you probably never done before or aren't comfortable with but they don't care. Because originally I was supposed to be the person that be in those cages that go extremely high and when I found that out I told them that was not something that I agreed on because through the whole orientation not once did someone say we were going to be in those type of cages because I don't like heights. Then they were going to force me to do it or I wasn't going to have a job when a miracle came in that Dana the manager needed two people to be reach truck drivers, only because they main two were out for one day on the same day. However, I took that opportunity but found out that I can't do reach truck every night it's only certain times that I can do it meaning that I had two jobs inside of one job and was getting paid the regular $15, but everyone else was getting paid $17 And since I drove reach truck Amazon does not give out certification so I will NOT be able to drive reach truck outside of Amazon.

I previously worked at the Amazon in MEM4 in new Allen Rd and I really want to be rehired again but they will put me in the olive branch building instead of the Memphis building... I really hope the one in olive branch is just as good as the one in Memphis... But after reading the reviews about "Dana" the manager, I'm kinda skeptical about working at the olive branch Amazon building...

The place is excellent you can have a bright future there and the people is real understanding

I did not realize that delivering packages included the bumper of my vehicle. AMAZON please train your drivers to deliver packages to the home address. You know...the porch or front door?? Especially when the driver says that's where they left it! A VEHICLE BUMPER IS NOT AN ADDRESS!!! Now someone else is enjoying my family member's Christmas gifts!

So the girl driver just opened her door and dropped our packages on the asphalt. She was already turning around in our drive and headed out before I could get outside. So glad nothing was breakable. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

A decent place but there are certain ppl in the wrong positions. P.S. (Dana) She thinks she is the shii and tries to show out but don't know shii. The situations with defects and Time Off Task are set up for failure. No hate, just facts.

Am semi trucker driver I come lil early on my appointment. They hold me 3 hrs Never see Amazon company strict appointments I’ll never come back here

Shipped $1600 product 5 days late and then lost it somewhere. They are clueless

Nice people, I got unload in 45 min. By appointment only.

No reliable and Really disappointed…since you’re 24 hours loaded before arriving to delivery with a very strict appointment… and is more than three hours waiting and they said that they need to make room to get you unloaded and don’t know how long more it takes they put you in risk to the reload you got

This is a warehouse fulfillment center for associates only -not open to the public but a great place to work 😄

I don’t work there, but every time I see that my Amazon order has arrived at “an Amazon facility outside of Memphis, TN”, I cringe. It’s like a huge black hole has opened up and packages never emerge from there.

It’s a great place to Work. Good environment and great people to work with. Good pay and benefits. Best job I ever worked at. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The building, the arrangement of the shelves, the individual lanes, and equipment have been placed for maximum productivity and safety. The communication of information in order to execute your job is a constant work-in-progress but that's to be expected when working with large groups of people. The work environment is basically what you (plural) make it to be (good or bad).

Brand new (2 week old) facility at the time of this post. Check-in people were polite. Facility was tidy & easy to navigate. they have you drop your trailer at your door for live unloads. The entire industrial park is new so I parked next door at vacant warehouse.

It's still being built and isn't a place customers can go. It's a fullfillment center.

They are extremely safe in how they operate and state of the art facility
