Made a fire run here really wish they could get their alarm system fixed

I had an appointment 8:00 am I come 12:30 am and they let me in and I was empty 2:30 very friendly people

My appointment is 9:am I checking in 8:10am I check out 3:pm they are hold my trailer 6hrs and 50 minutes no respect driver no respect time work.please drivers careful amazon build 376 Shepherdsville ky.

My appointment time was 9 and i checked in at 8.55 they said drop trailer go out side and wait when empty trailer we call you. I’m waiting 3 hours I go check in again 12pm thy not empty yet I checking again 17.00 my trailer empty but thy didn’t call me, bad and careless people, my Experience is very bad It spoils my logbook and wastes my time also spoiled my whole schedule and cancel Other load Overall Very Bad Experience

Had 2 pm appt, didn't get trl unlded until 10pm. They have you drop trailer and leave and call you when done. I was in bed so picked it up in the morning

Always nice people in the guard shack and shipping and receiving office.

Great place to work if you can handle the very fast and busy pace. And if you are able to handle the tons of walking you will do on concrete for a almost 10-11 hour shift. Very physically demanding on your body and definitely not a place to work if you are lazy or slow. OKAY🙂...now that I have been around for alittle while. I felt like I needed to edit/add to my original post, lol. So, I think one of the most important keys to making everything click and as smooth as possible at this location is having a great manager and PA. It makes a very big difference in how you feel about your job and your success in achieving or not, lol...whatever your goals are throughout your stay here. I can't speak about the other managers in this facility. But the night manager Josh Weber is an excellent manager to work with and respect. He checks on his people to see if everything is okay or if you have any concerns. And he is always willing to listen and do whatever he can to make sure you are successful at accomplishing your goals, within policy and guidelines. He also cares about your safety first and then your quality of efforts. And trust me, he is evaluated constantly by his team, lol. So the same standards he expects from you, he is held to as well. You can't ask for too much more than that. 😁👍 I've worked with ALOT of manager's throughout my career. And it's not often you work with a manager that you can respect and that is held to the same standards. Plus one that cares about trying to take the stress out of your day so you can have a great shift while you are at work. 🙂🙂🙂

Good pay and benefits. Easy work. Sometimes you run into a batch of bad employees that try to make you as miserable as they are, but if you ignore them and go for what you want. You will thrive here. Good training programs to work elsewhere if you want to, or to move up in the company. I've been here 8 years and counting. Hoping to be a lifer until retirement.

Great place to work at. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. SDF4 is also very concerned about everyones health an social distancing. Also if you wanting shoes any kind of shoes you can think of just order on Amazon.com or Zappos.com they also have sandles for the beach for summer an even house slippers an you can even get your newborn or toddler child to match with your style as well.

Why can your drivers NEVER follow instructions? They have zero common sense for the overwhelming majority of them.

I miss working there. I didn't do anything wrong to be walked out. I was honest and didn't have enough PTO after getting sick. Said something about an was walked out.

I worked here around the holidays as a temp worker. The people are friendly but the place is always filthy, especially the bathrooms. Overall, not a bad place to work.

People are always nice, wait time is sometimes long but we know that going in so it's okay. Easy in and easy out for our big bunk with 53ft trailer.
