Good bunch of folks. You need to have a p/u# when you first go in and also after they get you loaded. They always back me straight to a dock door even when early. May have to wait a spell before they start loading me. But all in all a good place to pickup...for me anyways.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restroom and vending machines. About a block away from a convenient store if willing to walk. Small amount of truck parking to take a 10hr break if need. A Petro truck stop otherside of gadsden about 20minutes away. Fairly quick loading and unloading.

Very rude female in shipping/receiving office. I understand drivers are not the nicest ppl, but even if I am having the worse day ever, I could not ever have the attitude of some of these women when dealing with ppl. I'm glad my load was rejected.

Don't know about Americold everyelse but this place right hire temps also. They are very willing to work with the guys as far as going to jail and missing work but give the cleaning lady hell over losing her home and her grand daughter. Told all the other employees that she I was under the radar. Which mind you is against the law. Lol. All those roaches , felons,school dropouts and druggies in that place and y'all pick on the cleaning lady. STAY WOKE PEOPLE LOL

horrendous shipper! Had to pay $237.50 for 25 pallets which was fine. But the shipping girl was rude as hell! She lied and got other people in the office to lie to me several times about how my EFS check was no good (cuz it had letters in the money code). She even told me she called EFS and they told her it was no good. After calling EFS myself i got it authorized and got my bills. Will NEVER take a load from here again!!!
They refuse to accept cash or plastic for payments. EFS OR T-Checks ONLY!!

This place is slow may get loaded quick one time and sit for 6 to 8 hours they dont try to accomadate drivers on elogs basically dont care to sit u and run u out of driving time
