About average for any cold storage facility. ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. paperwork times vary from 15 min up to 2.5 hrs. Don't show up early, you could be waiting till your appointment time anyways, just show up on time. Staging area is in the east lot in the circle, no exceptions.

Arrived at 1500 for a 1900 appointment. Large staging area across the street from the check in office. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in. Nice restroom drivers can use in the office. Got a call at 1600 to set up at a door. 1615 they has be back in. Loaded by 1715 and paperwork in my hands by 1745. Very friendly staff.

At end of street go enter driveway straight ahead. Go past front docks find a place to park in droplet. No parking on street posted (also not supposed to park in lot at business across street). Walk to office to check in. It on your right as you entered driveway. Currently must wear mask to enter building. After check in wait in truck they will call with door number when ready. DO NOT BREAK SEAL. Park in front of assigned door about 5-6' and someone will come out. When they come out and tell you there done. Park in droplot and wait for call from office for paperwork. Middle of day is very busy and place crowded but be nice and be patient. They will get you in and out as quickly as possible. People are very nice at night. 5am appointment, arrived and checked in 6:25pm night before door at 12:45am, empty at 1:15am, BOL ready at 1:25am.

My dispatcher told me my load would be pre loaded at 4am. Got there at 8am and was told I would have to be worked in because they didn't have an empty at 4am. Finally got da call to get on a dock at 12:30am da next morning. 16 hours and 30 min wait.. Tragic

Great ladies in the office ,had a problem with the shipper and they were very friendly and funny. Yard jokey are just as great but maintenance person not so nice and rude. Great place to deliver and receive.

Great people. If you’re loading at the front of the building it can be really tight backing in. Lots of trucks going back and forth. Etc. Has overnight parking
