Mr. Bailey did an excellent job! I needed an emergency child custody hearing and he made it happen! Trust his judgement and his ability to do the job. He will be honest and forward about the situation and what he can do. Appreciated his knowledge and help! Will be going through him for my divorce as well!

Mr. Bailey is extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to relate to. He was reassuring and very easy to work with and understand. He is also very confident and honest with your case. When i originally called the secretary took my information and set up a time for me to call back for a phone consultation. When I had my phone consult the next day I was greeted by Mr. Bailey, he created a file for me and advised me that he would keep my file for when I was ready to file or when I needed him. I did not call back for several months, at that time he pulled my file and immediately familiarized himself with my case. There were several times leading up to court that I had moments of stress and anxiety that Mr. Bailey's assistant Amber graciously helped me with and relayed my concerns to Mr. Bailey for follow up if needed. Most of my communication leading up to court was with Amber, however I felt she was also extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being empathetic. They make a great team!

The staff here is amazing and very understanding. When dealing with difficult experiences they actually show empathy and treat you as if you matter. They listen and offer the best advice while completing work in a timely manner. All communication was delivered professionally and provided promptly.

When you hire a family lawyer, you expect to hire a professional that is an advocate for you and your family. I, as embarrassed as I am to say it, hired someone that had zero interest in what was best for my family and truly did nothing for me that I could not have done myself. I am absolutely not a lawyer and do not claim to be, but when I tell you this man did nothing, I truly mean it. Every time we spoke it was like he had no idea who I was or what my case was about. Before my hearing, he would not speak with me until the morning of and I had no idea what the "plan" was walking into the court room. HE WAS LATE TO MY HEARING. During my hearing, he would not speak up while the judge and other lawyer were bouncing ideas back and forth so I had to myself. Following the hearing, it took SIX months for him to respond to my countless emails and phone calls regarding the changes in child support allocations that were supposed to be addressed during that initial hearing. Once this was finally addressed and I pitched a negotiation deal to him and requested his guidance, he simply sent it over to the other lawyer instead of reviewing it and discussing it with me. When I sent over a follow up about it, he ignored it. The thing about this is that while I may be just another few thousand dollars to this place, this is my entire life. My entire life and future, and I had no one to advocate for me.
