ASR Truck and Trailer Repair - Mobile Truck Mechanic

This place is a joke do not bring your truck over here. Bunch of crucks they don’t know what they doing and they will take advantage of you. My truck broke down they towed me over there to waist my time for 3 weeks didn’t fix the problem and charged me $8600 dollars. An I had to pay in cash charged me $745 for taxes which I know not gonna pay

I've known the owners and gotten my vehicle inspection from here for many years.

They have note on the website IF WE CAN'T DO IT CAN'T BE DONE Totally wrong it should be "They can't fix anything please don't waste your time at ASR TRUCK REPAIR So we took truck there on 2/10/2021 for regen light and just took truck back from them without getting fixed on 2/22/2021(3-4 days we can count because of bad weather too because everything is closed on I-20 in LOUISIANA).First of all they don't have Paccarr Software Computer which they never told us but try to keep our truck at their repair shop we provide them def level sensor and 2 nox sensors and on 2/22 they told driver that they don't have paccarr software and they cant clear the codes and parts what they put in the truck they didn't even know that those are the right parts to replace TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND JUST TRY TO MAKE MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. Then they Misplaced core which we have to return and then they misplaced the bolts which go on the driver side step and charged $1756.67 happily like they have no responsibility to fix it and yell on the lady driver and tell her Nigg.R in front of staff and other customers. SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THEM TO GET ANYTHING FIXED "FOR TOWING MAY BE THEY ARE OK" BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO GET ANYTHING FIXED AT THEIR PLACE OR YOU WILL BE SITTING FOR COUPLE DAYS IN THE MOTEL AND DON'T EVEN KNOW EQUIPMENT WILL BE FIXED OR NOT THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING THEY JUST TRY TO ROB PEOPLE AND GET THEM STUCK AT THEIR SHOP AND THEN THEY BLOCK YOUR EQUIPMENT WITH THEIR JUNK TRAILERS SO YOU CAN'T EVEN MOVE. HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DRIVER SPEND 1756$ THATS OK BUT IF ANYONE ELSE GOT SAVED BY READING THIS REVIEW SHE WILL BE HAPPY WITH THAT Thank you so much for reading before going there

Owner himself took interest in my truck and worked on it all day to get me up and running. Great service, excellent techs, very respectful. If I ever break down in the area I will 100% come here again.

My driver broke down in Bossier City, LA, on a Friday evening. He called several repair shops and ASR Truck and Trailer Repair is the only one that would call him back. The truck was there until Tuesday due to not having any places to shop for a turbo on the weekend and then it had to be ordered On Monday and shipped in on Tuesday. They were not just saying this, because I called ALL of the shops around for myself. They went to work on it and had it off and cleaned up while waiting on it. As soon as the part arrived, they got right on the job of putting it back together. They also had taken my driver to a nearby motel and picked him up when they were ready for him. I am pleased with the job.

Told they would be to me in 36 mins. Was 4 hrs later and had to help the guy Jake up my trailer, unload the new tires and load the old ones and put the damn tires on. Will never call them again!!

Way over price! Make up price for parts even I agree $100/hr for labor. Fleet Pride truck parts 2.8 mi away. I called to check the price. They do not show the invoice for parts. Changing trailer wheel seal 4hrs labor Also ADVANCE TRUCK TRAILER REPAIR with all 5 star rate is the same guy SCAM!!!SCAM!!!!SCAM I feel sorry for who ever come here for a repair

Ray and Shannon are kind skilled tradesmen and diesel technicians! They own a lot of equipment! They keep all the essential parts inventory on the premises so they can get you back on the road! The prepare the best authentic Cajun food you will ever have the privilege to eat with them at their table! They employ a kind and friendly staff also! Remember they own over 8 acres of truck salvage also! They are good people to work with

WE SPENT OVER $3000 FOR CLUTCH WORK THAT THEY SAID WAS NEEDED ON OUR T700. WHEN FOLLOWING UP THEY WERE GOING TO INSTALL THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY WITHOUT TOUCHING THE FLYWHEEL (RESURFACE OR REPLACE) I HAD TO GET THEM TO RESURFACE IT PER REQUEST TO PROTECT THE NEW CLUTCH. MY DRIVER LEFT AND ENDED UP WITH GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM TRANSMISSION SO WE HAD HIM BRING BACK TO SHOP AND THEY CAME BACK STATING IT NEEDS A TRANSMISSION. WHEN I QUESTIONED IF THEY HEARD THE NOISE ON THE TEST DRIVE THEY STATED THEY NEVER DROVE THE TRUCK. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND AT 230 CLAIMED TO BE EATING LUNCH AND COULD NOT TELL ME ANYTHING MORE. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE QUICKLY PULLED OUR TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BRINGING TRUCK HERE. AS A FORMER TECH #1 IN DIAG IS DUPLICATE CONCERN AND #1 UPON COMPLETION TEST DRIVE TO VERIFY REPAIRS. TRUCK IS NOW BACK AT MY SHOP LOCATION HAVING PAID FOR REPAIRS VERIFIED AND CONFIRMING ISSUES THE PROPER WAY. THIS SHOP DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE PROPERLY AND EVIDENTLY JUST HAVE PARTS CHANGERS WORKING FOR THEM.
