I've delivered here many times. It's hit and miss on how long you will be here unloading time and cost. Typical grocery warehouse. 2 star because now they have cut access to the building there is no facilities for drivers once you get docked

Rude, disrespectful and will take all night! Treat you like you are below them. As far as I know, I’m not the one working as a receiver for 15 dollars. I arrived at 10:50 for a 12 am drop. It’s now 5:10 am and still waiting on ppwrk. God forbid you ask them anything, they’ll just send you back to you truck! Worse place I have been in KC area.

At least don't be completely horrible if you're gonna require me to wear a safety vest. Insulting. Love having to stop by and stand in front of a desk indoors four++ different times at the tail end of a pandemic.

1st time here and with all the 1 star reviews and me having delivering 4 picks and multiple PO'S. I was ready for a lousey long day filled with bad attitudes and long recieving time. I'm here say it wasn't bad at all. 1st of all you can check in after 8 pm. My appointment was for 4am and I was done by 8am. So maybe I was lucky.

9-months-ago...I got there at 11 -- 2 hours before my appointment. I checked in and was in a door within 30 minutes. Checked in with receiving and then with lumper. I got in the truck and with-in 5 min. they were unloading.

-5 stars. The government needs to start regulating lumper services. They charge outrageous sums of money for horrible service. Don’t let you unload yourself cuz of corona. Takes 5 hours to get a door and almost just as much to unload, for just one pallet. Lumper services needs to be regulated as they slow down our economy. Why pay a company high prices for barely subpar services?

I have to agree with all the other drivers this place needs new management and this is the reason for driver shortage. Even if u are early to this location they will make u wait past ur appointment time hours to be unloaded. Here is a classic example of to big to care. Industries like this should be held accountable for their total disregard to appointment time and schedules. I will not take a load here again and from all the other reviews looks like they will soon have issues getting drivers to deliver to them so it's just a matter of time. Drivers beware!!!!

We have been here several times , however this time they were somewhat unorganized. Took longer to unload and Capstone failed to give us our receipt , we didn’t realize it until we had already left definitely our fault as well.

My experience was pretty good....checked in at 8pm...they called me at 2am...unloaded papers in hand 4am...appt was at 6am...overnight parking?(MOST DEFINITELY)...on to the next drop

Got here at 4:00 am for 5am apt. Check in at guard gate easy, waited to be called on phone for dock door. Docked at 4:30am, checked in at receivers office to find out it's a $155 unload lumber fee. They finish unloading at 6:15am. It's now 8am still waiting to be called to office for bills, after waited 4hrs they came to my truck and said they forgot to take all the product out, it's a multi-stop load and they stole my load locks. Leaving now its 10.10am
