The business opens at 9am. I called at 9am to be placed on hold for an entire hour just for the associate to come to the phone and could not hear me and eventually she hung up. Calling back…. ANOTHER HOUR OF HOLDING 😕 I have better things to do with my life than to hold onto a phone.
When they came and got my car the could have just knocked on the door and got the 2 keys that belongs to the car instead of. DRAGGING in out the yard and at that time I could have retrieved my belongings!!!!!! Now the entire steering system has to be replaced 😕🫥

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. This company towed my car on an error and won’t return it until I or the company I lease my car from pay the towing fee. Not to mention the cowards took it at a Walmart while I was grocery shopping with my kids. Absolutely disgusting people. Better communication is needed.

This company illegally towed my Motorhome that was in a parking lot with no tow away signs in less than 24 hours. I have recorded the conversation that I was involved in with this company. I told them that they directly violated the law and they still would not release. A manager also stated I was wrong even after I showed them the laws. I will be filing a lawsuit, if this is not corrected. An employee was upset about me challenging the legality of the tow and stated that she saw my vehicle parked there and continued on to defend the tow. It struck me almost as if this was a predatory tow and that this employee was involved in getting my motorhome towed.

Love working here. Tony is a very stand up man. I work with some great people. I love to help others and I understand people are not always having the best time when I have to visit them so I try my best to make it the best experience I can for them and be very understanding of there situation and give advice when I can. As a deacon for my church I do what I can. People are already having a bad enough day as it is when they meet us why make it harder with rude comments and being mean. They replied a machine from me, I'm not upset about that but they wrongfully took another piece of equipment valued at.$4,800. Now they want me to go pick it up instead of bringing it back. I'm just waiting if they don't bring it back by the deadline, the report has already been filled out and the sheriff's office is going to press charges for grand larceny. They are about to learn if it's not on their paperwork to leave it there.

They sent my car and refuse to repair it. Their commitment said it was like that when they got it which was a lie. I showed it to them the same day I picked it up and the lady said yes they put a dent in it. Now the paint chips and I still have the dent. Very poor service and don’t take care other ppl property.

Overall not a bad company and when I went to pick up my car it went okay but I didn't like that it seem like someone went thru my truck and took my loose coins in my door plus my battery had to be jump off. But Brittany and her mom is awesome and nice people. But I do think they need to get rid of the appointments and make it more convenient for customers. Because I live a hour and 45 minutes and had to do 80mph to get there by 3:15 to get my car . And if i didn't get my car I couldn't get my personal property until Wednesday which is crazy. Just try to make it convenient for everyone is a better business move. Thanks for the service.
