Scott Is A Professional From Start To Finish.
The legal system doesn’t have to be a nightmare apparently. Scott took charge of my case the moment I was referred to him by a close mutual connection. As usual, I was very skeptical of all attorneys, however, Scott was communicative, eager and effective from the very start. If you’re tired of being given the run around, quoted unreal attorney fees and actually ready to move on with your life - Scott is your guy. I do not write reviews often, but I felt I had to write one today to maybe help someone in need of a good lawyer make a decision that could possibly change your life. Scott Fortas from the first moment I told him my situation made me feel confident I was with the right attorney. After paying another attorney in Gwinnett County initials A.G not going to say his name but he is in downtown Lawrenceville who was a joke and had no good relationships with the DA's in his backyard who gave him the worst plea that he said I should take. Long story short Scott promised me nothing but said he could help and help he did. Went home today with a win and no Gwinnett County hooks in me.
P.S I saw this man sit and chit chat with at least 3 attorney's from the DA's office and I swear if I didn't know any better they like this guy also.....

Scott Fortas will tell you what a good lawyer he is but then blocks his own clients so they cannot reach him. I called him with important details about my case and he wouldn’t even take my calls! He also told me that court was postponed the next day so that I wouldn’t show up.
When the judge issued a default judgement against me, he just acted like it was my fault to get this case quickly brought to an unfortunate end for me. Now I am screwed because of this jerk!

Great lawyer he saved me from potentially losing my job from a false dui. I wish I went to him in the beginning because my previous lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and get it over with.
