Extremely rude! A car wrecked onto my grandparents property and bambarger was called out to tow it. They left the debris from the wreck in the yard, and when my grandmother asked them to come back and clean it up, she received very rude and unprofessional comments. Whether it was one piece of plastic or ten, your company got paid to clean up the debris (which is still there.) I’m not sure how you keep your business running the way you so comfortably belittle people.

Wrongfully towed my car and wouldn't drop it while it was on the truck even though the person who requested the tow was there. 160$ to just let it go, ridiculous.

My semi truck broke down by the toll bridge in Tuscaloosa. The truck was going in to limp mode. I called asking about to tow to dealer and got tow truck on scene quickly. It was an older gentleman and did a awesome job bringing my equipment to to kenworth in bad weather and dropping me off at hotel to avoid Uber ride. Would definitely use again if needed in area.

My husband’s truck would not start in our drive way. Called Bambarger Wrecker services and Wayne Sellers came out. He was there within 30min. I was worried about the position of the truck but Wayne had no problems! Had it up and on the truck within 10minutes. I had to leave to make a doctor’s appointment and Wayne called me to let me know he had the truck loaded and was taking it to the location requested. He then called again to let me know the truck had been dropped off. Will definitely make Bambarger my go to for the next time!

I was traveling to see family and popped one of my tires. Chris took time out of his day to make sure i got to a shop safely. Remind you i’m a female and 17 traveling by myself. I was four hours away from my family and was all alone. He kept me safe and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I don’t know where i would have ended up or how long it would’ve taken me to figure everything out in an unfamiliar environment. I couldn’t be more grateful for this company and their employees.

The guys at Bambarger are top notch professionals!! They’re the only wrecker service in the state I would trust with my vehicle, and not only do they tow vehicles, they have the means to haul heavy equipment and 18 wheelers too!! If you want to be treated fair and have it done right, give Heath and the guys at Bambarger Wrecker Service a call. You won’t be disappointed.
