Beaumont Freightliner

I really wanted to be able to have work done here, I’m a nationwide truck driver who lives locally. I’ve had work done on my 2021 Freightliner Cascadia done here 3 separate times. Each time the bill was much higher than we were first told, and much higher than other shops in MO, PA, and IN charge. I live 5 miles from this location, but sadly I’m not allowed to have anymore work done on my company truck because of their overcharging, and taking too long to get me back on the road. I had an oil change that costed over $600, and I’ve had DEF filters “baked”/cleaned, we were told this would cost $800, and the total bill was almost $4,000. Turns out, they don’t have the equipment to do this, and they sent our DEF filters out to have them cleaned. Also, we’ve had recall work done, which wasn’t supposed to cost anything, and both times were urged to have other, costly work done to the truck. I’m glad the RV owners have had some good experiences here, maybe the ppl here see an out of town company address and just try to make as much as they can, I don’t understand why they would not be reasonable w their prices even after I explained I was local, and I would bring them repeat business. Now I have to have work done in Joplin, MO.

I needed safety inspections for my SUV and camper trailer in order to register them. The employees at Beaumont Freightliner were friendly and helpful and were able to inspect both at the same time. 💛

We had to stop because of an issue with our Winnebago tour. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. They had us back on the road in about 24 hours. We would return here for service in the future, highly recommended.

$525 and 5 hours to put a oil pressure sensor on! Then had the nerve to tell me it's the water pump causing the problem and not the sensor! But you knew that when you ran diagnostics! Not tripping about the money because I came here but the communication is the issue!

For a motorhome owner, it's a little intimidating. Going to a truck service facility. But they were pleasant and helpful. No advanced service appointments, I had to leave it and return when done. They checked the computer and found a recall, which was completed. Good work and documentation, but expensive. I'll be back.

Great service but watch the time being charged to your truck

I never have to wait when calling them (unlike the Houston location) The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greg(might be Craig) in the parts department helped me find a part that I've been trying to find for 2 days. Even though they weren't carrying it..he went above and beyond to make sure I could find it. Excellent customer service.

Was at Petro in Beamont replace muy fuel filters they do it but after that my truck doesnt crank so i towed my truck here and these guys solved the problem fast and decent
