This place is awesome. Yes it took longer than I expected but at least it was done correctly. Friendly people too.

I received email saying truck is ready and when I arrived my truck had parts left under the hood, the bumper was not secured (bumper had 0 issues before), and the truck was still leaking oil from the same place we took it in for. We were quoted and paid for repairs that didn’t contribute to the oil leak. We know this because we ran the truck on the parking lot and the truck leaked in the same manner as before. It was obvious that the tech didn’t check the truck because we ran the truck for a short period and oil was everywhere. Once I reported this to service desk, they had no response to why this happened and made no efforts to rectify the situation. They got the truck back in the shop about 8hrs later when a 2nd shift mechanic who we spoke to earlier in the week saw us there and asked what was going on. If it weren’t for him, we would probably still be there. The 2nd shift mechanic took over the job and fixed the oil leak and we were charged again. Overall, the service was terrible and I’ll never stop there again.

I highly recommend this place! Their customer service is extremely excellent. Jeff was attentive and very professional, and knowledgeable. If need be, I would definitely do business with Birmingham Freightliner and I will refer family and friends as well! -Cortez

Great team they have there. They waited for me even though they were technically closed. Very knowledgeable folks.

Decent. Nice drivers lounge upstairs. Must come during business hours for work. No drop area during off hours. Kinda dumb but whatever. Very small trailer drop area mostly filled with work in progress so can’t actually be used for what it’s for. Again sucks but what can you do.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists that claim to fix things but don't. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Quite definitely the worst experience I've ever had in 22 years/ 4 Freightliner trucks/ 1.2 million miles... Owner, please contact me!!!

Got a truck through these guys, Britt has been my wingman for this entire experience. Had a couple of hiccups with the truck and Britt made for sure that they were fixed even when it wasnt at their shop. I highly recommend them for a new truck based on how I've been treated.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Trust me don't do it. But if you do it won't be long before you go writing a essay about them and giving out 1 stars. Really wish I could give them 0 stars because that's what they deserve. Your truck will sit at any of their shops for days or weeks. BEWARE!!!

I really don’t know what to say. I should have called the manager as soon as I noticed the problem. But I hate getting people in trouble at their workplace. So here’s what I encountered. My truck had been there for 2 weeks. So my job just gave me a different truck to pick up. So I had to stop here and get my stuff out of this truck. I get to Mississippi to the other truck and start unpacking and making my bed is usually the first thing I do so when I get tired I’ll be able to go to bed without having to do it after I’m already tired and just want to lay down. That’s when I noticed something on my bed sheets that was not there before. It was white and dried and smeared on the sheets. Then I grab my pillows and they have what appears to be tire marks across both of them. Well I know I didn’t run over my own pillows. I’m like WTH. Why would somebody do this. They whacked off on my sheets and ran over my pillows. Never have I encountered anything like this. Very immature person. You know their young. Only young and dumb people do things like this. And most likely on the night shift when office management is not there. This person apparently needs physiological help. They are not quit working with a full deck. Other than that its a Freightliners. Your truck will be there at least a week more like 2 usually. Nice and clean facilities. Office personnel are nice and helpful.

5 star rating, only because I appreciate all the work from Jonny Hendrix one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is willing to help out anyone with anything at anytime. It could be with front counter sales, helping a customer load their truck, taking care of tickets that aren’t even his and making sure the invoices are right or even taking time away to help out the warehouse with inventory issues, pulling tickets or putting up stock. I don’t think Jonny gets the credit and the appreciation he deserves within the company. So thank you for everything you do from a customers point of view. And let’s also brag about Timmy Bowen. Like Jonny, timmy is also one of the nicest guys you can get help from. He’s one of the quickest to answer back from emails dealing with part questions, concerns, eta on parts. He also takes on the responsibility of getting all the information to you for backordered parts that are on order and keeping up with post tickets within DTNA So thank you both for all the amazing help you have given me over the 4 1/2 years I’ve been in this industry. It’s very much appreciated!

Super nice guys! If you need parts, see Steve (nights) or Tim (days). If you need a good mechanic see Josh or Nathan. When I have to come pick up parts, they always have me ready and they help me load up and I'm in and out.

Well the service counter people are nice. The mechanics dont know thier butt from a hole in the ground. If i broke down in front of thier shop I'd have it towed to a different place.

Pat and all the guys were great ! They made the transaction easy . They were a joy to work with and we are confident that they will service after the sale if needed .
