BJ's Wholesale Club

I like shopping there but they don’t have cashier’s when I go to checkout. I do not work at BJs and do not receive a discount for checking out. Hire some cashiers as I will not use self serve. Otherwise I will be happy to leave my full cart of several hundred dollars at the service desk.

Edit....I purchased a smartwatch here,, it's been sent back for repairs and still isn't working....the warranty offered IS NOT BEING GIVEN!!! SOMEONE who knows about y'alls warranty needs to contact me asap before I file charges for fraudulent advertising! Offering 75cent off gas if you buy 4 qualified items!!!! Wow!!!! My husband went, purchased the "qualified " items, only NOT to get the gas credit? Oh wait.....ONLY the primary card gets the deals? That's not right for a family membership!!!!! Thanks for nothing......except you got my money!!!! They want us to spend more gas money to drive back to the store to return and re-ring them in order to get the credit...that's messed up

So first, I work here! Grown to personally know many cub members ( some by names some by faces) great experiences for me in many ways. I would like to personally thank our customers! It makes for a brighter day when I see you come in (With happy faces on after your shopping experience was done to meet your needs) even if we couldn't carry your desires of products beyond our control be available, you are understanding. I try the best of my ability to achieve what I can possibly do to make it happen. My teammates also share the same feeling of wanting to give satisfactory customer care. They do there best to service your needs and thankful for you! truly appreciate you! I do have a request for our members, Based on my personal experience. Please cut and/clip your coupons paper/online before you shop? It's only courteous to other shoppers who are in Checking out behind you. Thank you! Also your feedback matters so very much. Please take the time to fill out a survey? Your thoughts matter also greatly appreciated! I only didn't rate 5 stars on this survey because I feel we can still accomplish a bit higher.my honest answer.

Gas station attendant is the rudest person I have ever encountered here. Told me to leave because i was "in his way". This is not how you treat customers, especially ones that spend $500+/wk on gas

Just go next door to Walmart for better deals. Not even kidding. We canceled our membership after about 3 weeks when i discovered there weren't any significant deals on buying their "bulk" products. Oh wait- they lied to me about canceling my membership so I wouldn't be refunded. They said it would take 90 days for me to get my refund. In reality 90 days is how long they need you to keep the membership to deny a refund. They just canceled my auto renewal. Filthy nasty dishonest business practices.

Trying to pick up hand sanitizer for my dental office and was harrassed by a "manager" when I had 6 in the cart. The sign says 3 per member and there were 2 members present. He was rude and told me that if the members are on the same account, then we couldnt purchase more than 3. Excuse me? Show me the sign that says that. And then we ask about a chair and he rudely says "we dont have chairs!" I cancelled my order. And I will be cancelling my account and credit card with BJs. I'm over the lack of customer service. And when did cashiers stop working? So you stand there and watch us ring ourselves up, check our tickets when we leave, and harass us about what we are purchasing? Truly disappointed!

I love shopping here it's not crazy busy they have everything. I come in to get a few things I always buy way more. Always have plenty of parking. Staff are ok.

Great place for bargain shopping in bulk especially if you use the coupons. The gas is always cheaper and busy probably because of the price. Associates are very helpful and friendly.

its a shame they have poor customer service. the only reason im not giving a 1 star is because its convenient and they have a large selection of items I use.. so I deal with the service.

Been shopping here for 5 years because its between my home and office but I hate it every time. I dont have enough time to detail all of the reasons but I give it 1 star. The ONLY thing is has over Costco is that its not as crowded, but thats because it SUCKS! If Costco were closer to me I'd brave the crowds to avoid this dump

If you want free money in gift cards just simply complain about anything. They will give you free money to save their reputation. Customer service can be rude and give attitude that's beyond unproffesional. The tire bay on the other hand, has a bunch of meat heads that don't know what they're doing and will mess up your vehicle's service. Please be aware. And the managers cut costs and unfairly make the employees have to pick up all the extra work and the short handed staff will also affect your experience there as well. Stay away, do not support this place

A variety of inexpensive groceries, medicines, computers, office supplies. Cheap gas outside.

BJ's tired center at this store was the worst by far I ever experienced, I came to buy four tires they took the size of the tires, came back on my appointment day and they were out, choose a different one I left the store and they were out, came back again and finally got it right. The cost for that went from $349.00 to $600.00 on four tires. If you call for appointment they barely pick up, always short on staff. New people need to be trained properly.

It's just like Sam's club. Great place to shop for bulk or nice things.

Usually have the things I need in stock. And checkout is usually a breeze and easy
