Hare Typer for BLUE STAR CHARTERS & TOURS INC
A Blue Star bus driver on November 12th at 9:40pm tried to run me down on Highway 14 westbound in Vancouver from Camas in the fast lane as I was passing a truck in the slow lane. I apparently wasn't going fast enough at 65mph in a 60mph zone for this Blue Line bus driver when they got behind me from the slow lane behind that truck and started flashing their brights at me and coming up VERY CLOSE TO THE BACK OF MY CAR terrifying my kid and I. They were wanting to go 75mph in the fast lane in a 60mph zone. And proceeded to do so after I got past the truck and into the slow lane. This Blue Star driver is a reckless driver and terrorizes and bullies other drivers.

I worked with Blue Star for an executive offsite. I carefully selected, contracted and paid for a bus that was relevant for our group. Blue star changed the bus on me day of - sending a 56 passenger bus for our group of 10 people. When I tried to reason that this was not in line with our contract, both the representative and the subsequent manager I spoke with repeatedly said, "stop complaining, we're giving you an upgrade." It wasn't an upgrade for our group, and I have rarely seen as poor of customer service. They said they routinely do this to customers. All I can do is write this review for others to see, and even so they said they will challenge the review. I would not recommend working with this company.

Our office has been working with Blue Star for many years to provide transportation for groups of visitors to Portland. Their office support is incredibly helpful and understanding when making bookings or even when conflicts arise and have saved us in several difficult situations on our end. Buses are always clean and well serviced, and comfortable with good storage space. Drivers are very helpful in loading & unloading (when needed) , and offer a fun and pleasant experience. Often they can provide interesting information about where we are going, and at the least are always happy to chat about directions or what is going on. The friendly driver experience is truly a highlight of working with this company. We can't recommend Blue Star enough, and look forward to continuing to work with them as a serious and professional partner.

They are an amazing company that provides exceptional service with immaculate and updated buses, very professional and friendly drivers, helpful and efficient scheduling and dispatch staff and a caring and family feel from the owner. We have received personalized attention and care for the needs of our student-athletes and coaches, with the drivers being very flexible and accommodating and providing the safest and most affordable transportation needs available in the Portland area. We highly recommend their services.

Blue Star has worked with me for over 5 years on an annual event that requires the chartering of 2 buses. Their service has been great. The admin and process of setting up the charter is professional and fast. The bus service itself really does exceed expectations. The buses are on time, and drivers are professional and courteous. I highly recommend Blue Star Charters.

Drivers are exceptional and always kind to their passengers. Blue Star is by far one of the best options I have found for chartered transportation in Oregon. They have reasonable pricing, attentive and reliable staff, and impeccably clean and luxurious buses. I know next time I am setting up a day trip for my clients Blue Star will be at the top of my list.
