Had a very in joyable experience shopping with bob mills. The salesman we had was very easy to work with. He didn't follow us around store, he just let us shop for what we wanted. He answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He made the shopping experience outstanding. The warehouse people was even as nice as the salesman. I really can't say enough good about the place. I've been shopping with Bob Mills for years,The new look with the salesman and there attitude is outstanding. Keep up the good ( WORK)Bob Mills.

Our salesman, Robert Twist, gave us one of the best buying experiences we’ve had. He was friendly, professional, and amazingly helpful. He checked on us often, but not in a hovering, annoying kind of way. We took a long time to make up our minds, and he was extremely patient and didn’t rush us. We found the perfect living room set and are so excited for it—and excited that we don’t have to wait weeks for delivery. Plus, Robert got us a great discount. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. We’ll definitely be coming back to Bob Mills for our future furniture needs.

Pandemic or not, furniture shopping should be easy & upfront. If you = me then you go in kinda knowing what you don't want, you just need a guide who knows the layout and can break down the cost. Hugh Vu was my $ales Host, he made it simple, listened, and lead me to the right stuff. One word to describe my host, Trill! I am still very happy with my selections. To be clear, Shop at Bob Mills :) Avoid buying something you don't want at the wrong price! Do that to go from empty to furnished in no time! These are the confessions of a happy customer. 🤗

Almost 2 years ago my family and I decided to purchase furniture at Bob Mills! We purchased a master bedroom set as well as a living room set and a full over twin bed set. We also purchased the insurance plan for the furniture along with delivery and installation! As we we’re moving we discovered the full over twin bed set had stripped screws and one of the screws had the tool broken off inside of it making it difficult to take down and impossible to put back together! After making Bob Mills was made aware of what we discovered a manager by the name of Benny Lloyd who never returned any calls after asking us to send pics as well as that he would get back to us and never did! Then we spoke to Rosa who told us that we were outside of the timeframe as we did not let them know of the damages in time, but how could we when the installers never told us that they made some mistakes during installation! They offered us parts to a bed that they no longer carry and they want us to pay for it! We are now in our new place and our children are sleeping on the couch! We spent nearly 5k and this is the type of service we get, which is really terrible! We would never recommend Bob Mills to any of our friends or relatives! We will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and any other measures we can take! All we want was for them to at least show us something comparable or at least take ownership and they did not!

The staff was great! They were helpful and easy to work with. They were able to draw up our floor plan and give us an idea of what our furniture would look like in our home. They were also very patient with us trying to decide. They spent over an hour with us. Super experience, I would shop there again!

The only thing that could've been better was the bed we ordered was out of stock & ended up being a month longer than we were told. Then delivery forgot the slats & said they would bring them later that day & we had to call the next day to get them. But we are happy now! Good quality , good price was worth the wait! Will be doing more business with ya'll in the future.

We are VERY pleased with our furniture purchase and delivery experience. One piece had what I would consider a minor issue which possibly could have been repaired, but Bob Mills Furniture decided that they would totally replace the piece. This was VERY IMPRESSIVE to us. We whole heatedly recommend Bob Mills Furniture!!

Excellent experience! We usually dread furniture shopping because some stores follow you like a hound dog! But the experience at Bob Mills was so refreshing and better than we ever expected. Our salesman was very informative, never pushy and we felt like he was extremely honest and personable. Bob Mills came over to personally greet us and the delivery service was top notch! We’ll definitely tell others and go back!
