I hired Bright Days to transport my mother to and from dialysis, three times a week. They are great to work with. They are very punctual, always kind and courteous to me and my mom, and they give ample notice if they are taking off for their own time. I highly recommend them if you need non emergency medical transport services!

This is the 2nd time we have used their services for my father-in-law. He is completely wheelchair bound. The husband/wife duo have been amazing! Kind, courteous, professional, the list goes on! Always on time and there when we need them! We will be using them again in the near future!

Our need for a wheelchair van just started, all of a sudden last week. We are so Grateful for the Wonderful Caring and Service that Veronica and her husband have given us, They have adjusted their schedules, so that they could handle our transport needs. We used them this past Thursday, Friday, and have a trip set up for Monday morning. We thank God for them.

I can't say enough about Bright Day - Veronica has helped us transport mom to much needed appointments. She is on-time, so professional and very caring. Several weeks ago, we brought mom from her assisted living facility to my home for a mini-reunion and Bright Day went above and beyond to help us with transportation - even on a Sunday afternoon. Five stars!

I am Frank's daughter Denise Haislip and want to thank Kenny and Veronica of Bright Day Transit Services for their excellent service! Kenny and Veronica went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional, punctual, and most importantly kind and compassionate towards my father and I. Their vans are meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. They helped get my dad to and from doctor's appointments and treatment therapy in the last weeks of his life. They were so flexible with the scheduling of his appointments. We could not have done it without Bright Day Transit. Veronica took my dad and I to his last appointment before he passed away. I will be forever grateful to Kenny and Veronica. I recommend Bright Day Transit Services to everyone and anyone who is in need of this type of transportation! If I could I'd give them 10 stars!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on this company's owner, Mr. Kenny Witherspoon and the services he and his wife, Veronica bring to our community. These folks are the most caring and professional individuals that provide a much needed service! I personally have asked Kenny to help my family bring my mother- in- law to our home for Thanksgiving dinner. It ended up being quite an ordeal but Kenny accomplished his mission with compassion and the utmost safety and skill! Our family's joy was at the sacrifice of his family time yet he smiled and made us all feel the love he brings to this world! He's not only a trusted professional, he is a light of happiness wherever he goes! I am so proud to call him a friend! Thank you, Veronica and Kenny!
