My experience: my truck was at the shop for more than a week, I wasn’t getting details and or progress properly, I was told something then three hours later was told another thing. Regardless, I want leave on a positive note. Shawn was extremely helpful in being able to get my truck back on the road and the issues on the truck fixed.

Went for my engine light being on with my mack truck stayed over night and the next morning they told me it was resolved at 330pm. About 3 hours and $750 later down the road light came right back on. I dont think they took the time to actually run the correct test to fully resolve the issue.

Excellent customer service. My husband and I shopped around trying to find our windshield with a rain sensor. Nobody had it in stock. Bruckners saved the day. They had our windshield delivered to their place by 1pm, third party came out to do the install. Windshield was defected. Bruckners got us a new one without defects within an hour. Very pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend.

Bruckners Volvo Mack helps me keep my 2016 vnl 780 pride of ownership , running like new, can only say they are professional and talk to you about repairs and why it's needed or not necessary very very clean place and personal not your grease mechanic type very proactive about getting you back on road
