I'm currently staying here. My girlfriend a month ago fell through the floor. Their floor guy came a fixed it. But found more spots in the living area and bedroom that needed to replace. So we told them Wednesday thru Sunday we are at home. But they've yet to send him back since he started to replace the living area again. That's been two weeks. Since then the area he took the trim off has gotten mold. But the hispanic manger said it's mildew.

I went in to fill out a job application and the lady at the front desk was REALLY RUDE. She was NOT FRIENDLY and seems like she HATES HER JOB. Even a horse could serve the public better. I would take her job for 20 dollars an hour and be happy about it. Kick that scrub to the curb!

Hotels are very nasty, roaches on the walls… the bugs are crawling into my bed. Rats everywhere, caught about 4 of them in the past 1-2 weeks staying here. I do NOT recommend anyone coming here. Bathrooms smell stale , rats All in the stove/oven. Can’t even cook anything without the smoke alarm going off.

I experienced a lot of racism from the staff at this motel. The Hispanic employees are friendly to Hispanics but treat white people like trash. They're so rude and immature. The African American security guard threatens white people with eviction if they don't have a shirt on but says nothing to people of color who are shirtless. The "managers" hate guests and allow their employees to speak hateful to guests. Guests are expected to keep their mouth shut or get evicted. Very unsafe place for Caucasians. I allowed a Hispanic employee to borrow my ladder. Two days later he asked me if he could have the ladder. I told him I needed the ladder but he could use it when he needed. Three days later the ladder was stolen.

This location is in great location, my personal experience with the Budget Suites of America was a 3 1/2 month stay, I chose to stay while waiting for a local apartment to have available units. Staying at the BSA was a way for my family to save money while preparing for an apartment. The location is straight on the highway so I had no problem with traffic or commute to work in Carrollton. The employees are great people, they have fantastic memorization skills and know their tenants by name. Their maintenance is on point as well all it takes is a short trip to the front office and most of not all your maintenance needs are met within 48 hours. They keep this location well secured and well maintained. Residents keep to themselves unless you choose to engage with them.

Let me start off by saying that this place is section 8 housing. I work with the Federal Government and the conditions in which I have evidence of (photos) will be reported. Example: pubic hairs on floors, mold, strong odors, roaches, pit bulls chained in front of laundry entrances/exits, hot water inoperable, laundry room drainage backing up flooding floors, overflowing trash dumpsters, subpar door locks for high crime area, beer cans and bottles left on walkways/stairs, exposed wires/electrical hazards. NOTHING SUITE ABOUT THIS PLACE!! DONT STAY HERE!!

They look nice on the outside but was not what I was expecting on the inside.

I have been staying here for several months and the 1 thing I could say was the staff and management is respectful and professional. UNTIL I had to deal with Carlos. Idk if he is in management but he is the rudest human being I’ve ever dealt with. I really hope he is fired and replaced for the sake of this business. I am looking for another place to stay ASAP bc I refuse to be talked down to and disrespected for no reason. I can’t wait to walk away from this place soon.

I am writing this review for a friend who has had to wait on the return of a deposit for over 6 months. Beginning January she moved into the Budget Suites of America here in Lewisville. This is not a place you want to stay at for a long time considering the amount of crime going on over here. She sent me pictures of little bags that contain all kinds of recreational substances that were laying on the ground. (emptied out of course). She was watching a cat for someone for a period of 2 weeks and was requested to pay a pet deposit of $ 300.00 to the front office. After 2 weeks the cat got back with it's owner and she requested the return of such said deposit. That would be refundable at the moment she moved out. Somewhere in June she found herself an apartment and moved out. Now the initial deposit was returned to her as the apartment did NOT have any damages. The pet deposit on the other hand is a completely different story. For 6 months she has been asking for her deposit of $ 300.00 back which she never received. The story is: the check needs to come from Vegas. If you ever get tangled up with SHELLY, you are SOL. This must have been one of the most rude individuals I have ever come across. When I stepped in today to help her to get an answer on the deposit she would hang up on me. I have recordings of the call to use later on in court. The questions that remains open is: when is the pet deposit going to be returned? This 'lady' called Shelly (i doubt she deserves that title) is so incredibly rude. They are probably pocketing the cash they are getting for the 'extras' and I will have her use an attorney to get them to court. We are looking for previous guests with similar problems so we can file a class action lawsuit. Her next step will be legal action if the deposit doesn't come back within the next week. If you have experienced similar problems; thumb up this post.

I had a great experience living here 4/5, but am giving 2/5 stars because of the deposit and rules around it. I called to give them my 2 day notice and they said all was good. HOWEVER, after reading reviews from the BBB, I saw that the 2 day noticed had to be IN WRITING to get my deposit back. I went down and they had me fill out a new address and some paperwork. THEY DID NOT TELL ME IT NEEDED TO BE IN WRITING. I could have lost my $150 deposit had it not been for me double checking online. On top of this, they said it would take 6-8 weeks to get my deposit back in check form through the mail. I gave them a cash deposit upon arrival which I was told would be refunded to me when I checked out. THAT WAS A LIE. No idea WHY it takes so long to get my deposit back, but waiting 2 months is ridiculous. All they need to do is go up and verify the room hasn't been destroyed and none of my stuff is left, which I could understand taking a week, maybe 2, but 6 weeks minimum?? Seems like they are just hoping I forget the deposit so they can scam more money out of me. Nice place for temporary living, but READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE MOVING IN. QUESTION EVERYTHING.
