Builders used to be a great company to work for.. Home every weekend made great money... Then the Phillips sold us out.. Now we all looking for Jobs or we stay here work for Hornady and go back to running 48 states ..I hope the Phillips enjoy their retirement.. God bless yall..

THEY KEEP THE ONLY OFFICE 50IN TV ON FOX NEWS CHANNEL EVERYDAY. PER UPPER MANAGEMENT. Pay is competitive but just don't lose ANY equipment. Pay roll discrepancies often.TMC wanna be's. Zero diversity in upper management. NUFF SAID.

Working for BTC was one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life. The truck was broke down more than half the time, it barely ran the other half, and any good loads went to people who have been there for years. If you're looking for a company who will treat you like an adult and not charge you fees for everything they can imagine, don't go here.

Over 9 years now and still making top dollar for this industry. Never a problem getting paid, and great equipment. Most of all, I love the culture here, tone,language, dignity is always a plus over money. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to work.

My experience at Builders as a driver has been an eye opening one. The trucking industry is tough and flat bedding makes it tougher. Safety is always a top priority and the department wont hesitate to correct your mistakes but it only makes you a better driver, I enjoy driving Builders trucks because, in an age of overabundant technology; they reduce driver distraction and stress by just equipping the bare necessities. Though I don't see much of the office, the actions of my dispatchers have been phenomenal, whether it be a family emergency or your child's first day at school they will go above and beyond as long as you do your part. The pay is as good as you earn it, The people are as good as you treat them, and overall the company is as good as you make it.
