Busy place good people but long wait and make sure u don't go there earlier then 2 hrs to your appointment time otherwise you will be going back on the road there no overnight parking

Nice people. Easy in and out. They DO NOT allow overnight parking. When I asked they apologized and said they don't allow it anymore. They are nice enough to give you a sheet with recommended close areas to park.

Excellent experience from the guardhouse all the way to the girls at the receiving desk. Came in at 8 for a 10pm appointment… sat in the yard maybe ten minutes, called to a door, unloaded in less than thirty, less than 15 minutes later I had my paperwork in hand ready to go. Unfortunately I was out of time on my clock but once I explained to the guards and showed them, they let me sit in the overflow lot to get my ten and then I was gone. One of the best places to deliver. Will definitely come back. Friendly, fast, and respectful.

Perfect location night time guys are awesome checked in 11.26 pm appointment time 12.00 pm. Unloading including paperwork received 4.00 am. Why i am saying they are best because they allowed me to take my 10 hours break. So in the morning i was ready to go. Thanks BJ 🙌🏻 appreciate your work.
P.S truckers they do have restroom available let’s be a great driver by keeping it the restroom clear

!!!!THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR POLICY!!!!
You can check in 2 hours before. Slow come with patience !!!!! Appointment for 8pm took them until 10:13pm to get me a door the lumper fee is paid right away mine was $165.60. Take your load locks off place then under the trailer. Everything is one way and gets cluttered especially around doors 16-29.

My appt was at 10pm I was put in a door at 730-8ish and was receiving my paperwork at 10ish ,the bathroom is clean so let's keep it like that truckers

Parking and overnight parking once again clean let's keep it that way please don't mess it up

I had call for door went in to turn my paperwork at the check in window there’s this woman looking saying nothing i told her I had call she gave bad attitude yelling at me for no reason she’s very disrespectful I hope they fired this one. This kind of people make me hate my job.

Appointment at 2200 that was the longest wait was for the door after they called me and told me what door to go to 45 minutes I had a green light . Just waiting on paperwork but not really in
a rush because, I'm out of hours. The people in the office where very nice. Thanks for letting the drivers stay on your property when we are out of hours appreciate it alot.

Definitely worth the great ratings that are here. All true. 0200 appt. Checked in at 2200. Barely parked in staging area when given a call with door. 15 min at dock and unloading. 30 min later calling with paperwork. The most efficient frozen company I've been to by far. Then had a place to park overnight. Great job and kudos for the owners of this place for considering drivers. 10/10

Burris is one of the more upscale cold storage places plenty of room, you can even do a break there before or after your appointment! You will definitely get your exercise there walking to the office with your bills and then unloading fee? But it’s all good..

Nice place. Clean and quick. Easy to navigate. Just pull in and take a right go around back to staging area and they call you with a door. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is the rude young dark haired lady at the office With an attitude for no reason. Thanks.

Checked in at 2000 for a 2200 appointment. Called me right at 2200. Unloaded by 2300. Really quick process. They do have overnight parking after unloaded if needed. I'd just ask to be sure. Please don't trash their lot. They're really reasonable to allow us to park on their lot. Let's not mess it up for the rest of us drivers. Bathroom was out of service.

No overnight parking. The people here were nice in guardshack and in the receiving office. Having said that, its not as bad of a wait as the Burris in Lyndhurst, VA but its still lengthy. First here is a few tips. Have to stop at the guard shack obviously, next you'll turn right and go around bend then park in front of the first set of docks. Before the bend you can see the receiving door to your left, you gotta check in there. Then go to staging area which you can see straight ahead from where your parked. Doors 17-26 are on the same side as the Receiving office. Doors 1-16 are on the guard shack side of the building. It took them 5 hrs hrs start to finish (bills in hand, exiting the property).
There is a restroom in the receiving office and a dumpster in front of the docks near the receiving office. Plenty of room to maneuver. Not the worst place I've been but it lost some stars due to lack of Overnight parking.

Spend 6 hours here to unload and then I parked overnight, no one bother me about parking, I guess they understand because it was 2 am in the morning. Giant lot easy to dock. Could use more staging area

Arrived tuedsday night and told they cant unload me untill wedsnday night midnight
So i had to be sitting in the yard for 24hrs.
