Attention attention attention.This place is totally scam. I had an appointment for service. The truck stayed here for 3 days. After 3 days, nothing got done. Also, they hung up on me and when I got there, they whistled at me. Stay away from this place for service, sales, and parts. They are rude and have no repsect for their customers at all. This is what I get after paying a quarter of million dollars for trucks. If you don’t want the same thing to happen to you, don’t go here.

Busy, no parking for interstate drivers, no parking nowhere, if you park on road cops knock your door and no one let you sleep... I mean show some respect for truckers no matter if we look ugly in our old costume but fact is if you are wearing, eating and wiping then we truckers brought it.. We truckers supplied it and we truckers made it possible... so appreciate it...don't make us guilty and make us feel guilty that truckers ain't got no respect.... NO!! Respect us...

The worst service ever! Liar and dishonest staff! Avoid to go to their truck shop, they will damage for purpose your good parts and then will charge you to repair them... They’ll promise you everything, providing warranty and when you’ll come to them they ‘look charge you for everything! Just shavers! Paul is there who is in sale and he promised bumper to bumper but then he was even hided and didn’t answer the phone when I was looking for and call him. Just avoid this terrible company if you don’t want to waste your money and become victim of scammers!!!

Customer service customer service. The Campbell team is always at the top of the game. From parts ,service and sales customers are treated like they are valued. They always want you to be satisfied. If for any reason you have a issue management will do everything possible to make your experience pleasant. They treat you as if you matter.

Wish could give 0 stars, Horrible service. Will steal your money with terrible service. Takes advantage of the every day working guy. Kept my truck for 2 days to change my oil and fix my coolant sensor. And they only said to have time and fix the coolant sensor so I took my truck like that. In 24 hours check engine light showed up again with the same problem.... Stay away and save your time and money
