The stars only reflect the lack of techs. Not the company's fault, we just have a lazy generation that doesn't want to work but most certainly wants to collect the paycheck...but, in all fairness the manager and tech i did see and meet were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Just couldn't wait for most of the day....
