Clean rest rooms fully stocked store but customer relations was non exist the lady at the registered just simply waited on us with a rest b face we spoke said thank you ask for a spoon never once did she say anything thanked the attendant for cleaning ladies bathroom never even acknowledged me or another lady completely avoided conversation! Won’t be back!

11/12 @ 0210. Graveyard shift worker tried to double dip a card swipe on a sale $6 purchase of chocolate milk and a Reeses cup.
Swiped card. She said I had to sign for it. Went for the pen, it was approved. Then she says "You have to swipe your card again."
No Fling way. Trucker taking time to stop and buy something at this "truck stop" and then get ripped off by some poorly trained, lowest common denominator circling the drain trying to scam the folks keeping the lights on at this location. Never again.
Give the Yellowhammer a skip Drivers!!!

My first time stopping here, I'm a truck driver and this place is really nice.
Clean rest rooms, food was good, people are friendly.
Best of all the truck parking is plentiful and free.
I'll definitely be back when I'm in this area. A nice change from the big chain truckstops.

A really good convenience store right off of I-65. All the typical C-Store items like drinks and candy, and they also have a hot food selection during most of the day. Not many tables for dining, but normally I would eat in car anyway. Although I am in a car, they appear to have lots of truck parking in a mostly dirt lot. If you are wondering, a Yellow Hammer is a bird, the one on the sign.

Pulled in around 10:30pm. Lotsa truck parking. Bathroom was okay.
No prices listed on the shelves, and the only “hot” food left was a half wrapped (literally half wrapped in foil, part hanging out for people to touch) bbq sandwich and a pizza that looked about a day old.
No delivery options and Subway across the street isn’t 24hr. Make sure you have your own food if you wanna eat.

Traveled on Friday...spotted my favorite dish on their hot bar.."Spaghetti" ...we bagged 2 dozen chicken wings for the road... DELICIOUS 😋😋...will make this my permanent stop & Gas travel center for years to come 💯

Really like this place. Food is always good and very reasonable priced. The people are very friendly and helpful. Clean on the inside and on the outside. This goes for the ladies restrooms as well. They have six showers available. There's a trucker's lounge with very comfortable chairs! Plenty of room for truckers to shutdown for the night. Just take it slow because it is a gravel lot and there are some potholes. Nothing really major.

I always stop at the yellow hammer because is on the main exit to the gulf coast off hwy 65 that's exit 69. They have a huge diesel stop and also the Techron gas by Chevron. Huge selection of snacks and food and drinks...hot coffee and restrooms...also showers if your a trucker. Not the cleanest restrooms and for that I'm docking them one star, but it's a great grab and go pitstop.

A nice truck stop/gas station with a small eatery inside. The store appears clean and the bathrooms are okay. Staff is friendly. Eatery serves things like fried chicken, mushrooms and okra. I would stop here again when passing through this area. Gas station is Chevron.
