I would highly recommend this office! Sabrina Webb went above and beyond explaining in detail the coverage I need. She gets things done the right way and takes pride in doing so. She’s very professional & pays attention to detail with a welcoming and warm personality.

Chris leads his staff by example in all he does in work and in everyday life…that’s hard to find these days. Being honest and genuine are some of his priorities! Insurance is a necessity but we have flexibility in companies, locations, and choices of who we do business with. I have been a State Farm customer from another state for 8 years. I moved to this area recently and was recommended to this SF Agency through a local resident although there are other locations and agents. From the time that I called with questions, to my experience within the office and by email, Trent Lewis has handled the transition and expansion of my insurance portfolio, provided incredible guidance and feedback with professionalism and continues to be customer focused driven. So much so, I reached out to the Owner/Agent CM, to share my gratitude of this group exceeding my expectations and making it on multiple occasions such a pleasant experience.

Shannon has been assisting me for the past 2 days with a question I had after receiving my homeowners bill earlier this week. She has been extremely helpful, professional and kind. She was able to give me everything I was hoping to accomplish. I just hope I can speak with her again if I have any other reason to call.

On TV, you see commercials bragging about how good State Farm is and how they are like a good neighbor. Chris and his staff are exactly that. They are caring, responsive, and genuine. They work to get you the best deal possible for your individual needs. They are helpful and knowledgeable when you call without being condescending. Chris, Shannon, and the rest of the crew make dealing with insurance easy. I highly recommend them.

Working with Chris and Shawna has been an absolute treat. Whenever I have a question I get a quick response within seconds (of course if it is during regular business hours). I've had my motorcycle insurance through them for the past two plus years. Cheaper than USAA. I'm actually contemplating dropping my car insurance that I have had for over 24 years from USAA to State Farm.

I have been with this agency for several years. Competitive pricing is one thing but, the customer service is outstanding. Always a quick response to my questions and a valid insurance card every time I lose mine! All of the Staff are friendly and motivated.
