Just had my truck in to look at my batteries because the voltage was dropping super fast. Instead of installing new batteries so they would make more money, they tested my batteries, my alternator, and my connections on the batteries. Turned out my batteries and alternator were good and there was just corrosion/connection issues with the cables. Total time my truck was down? Less than an hour. Total damage? $63. I will be finding loads to Clovis next time I need work done on my truck because I know they are honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. Thank you very much!!

Angie, Coby and the rest of her crew at Clovis Big Rig Repair were our saviors this morning. My wife and I are doing our first ever big road trip with our 1999 International "skoolie" motor home. We left Illinois on the 31st and started heading to our final destination in Ruidoso, New Mexico. We experienced engine trouble as we got to Tucumcari and so we had the bus serviced there and left for Ruidoso the following morning, believing that all was good. As we drove through Clovis about 90 minutes later, we started encountering the same engine problems we thought had been fixed, so I pulled off the road and googled RV/truck repair centers. Several businesses were unable to see us right away, but Angie told us to bring the bus in (even though it wasn't what they normally worked on) and they would see if they could diagnose the problem. She and her crew spent at least 90 minutes with us trying to figure it out. Her mechanic Coby even hopped in the bus with us with his diagnostic computer hooked up and had me drive it a bit so he could see how it was running on the road. They eventually found that a secondary fuel filter was clogged with gunk. Coby cleaned it, re-installed it and even showed me how to do the repair myself in the future if needed. I wish I could give Angie and her crew 10 stars, because if it weren't for them we probably would have decided to turn around and go back home. Every step of the way they explained to me what was going on and how they thought we could fix things. In the end, they saved us a TON of money and I would not hesitate to bring the skoolie back to them or recommend them to anyone with a big rig. If you're road-tripping through New Mexico and find yourself near Clovis in need of excellent big rig service, please don't pass them by!
