I’ve use this company for service before, and I’ve worked for this company. The owner is a Garden aweful person who has so much hate for different groups of people in the world I was fired because something went against his religious views are very ignorant, and that’s what’s making his business fail. Six hour waits for a tow then you call back and they tell you another eight hours. Yet Adkison towing was out there to my car and had it delivered to my home location in 45 minutes. Big difference in the professional stance between companies

Aaron and Chad showed up, multiple calls to tell us where they were and when they would arrive after the first tow company AAA sent out bailed on us. Tire was blown out and we were in heavy traffic on the side of 295. Pouring down rain and these guys jumped right in and got it changed out. Soaking wet, 75mph traffic and in the mud, no problem. Can't say enough good things about Aaron and Chad, super nice guys. All this after AAA sent them way out of their way, not even close to where we were. Highly recommended!

Josh came out to tow my suburban in St. Johns, FL, after AAA was out and did not have the proper equipment or knowledge to get my car running. Instead of towing me Josh jumped my car and got it running within 15 minutes of arriving. He was passionate about his job, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered to stick around and make sure my daughter and I were safe before he left. I have this company programmed into my phone and will use them if ever I need service again.

Hands-down the best service that I have ever had! Jason, with the show truck, helped me get back home on a late Sunday night when there was no one else to tow my car. AAA and Cochran Towing are very lucky to have someone like Jason in their employ. As a result of my experience, I will be sure to recommend AAA and Cochran towing to all my friends and family because I know that with Jason, they are in good hands! Excellent service from every aspect!

Worst, rudest, most awful Roadside service in the business! Kelly at the dispatch is a particular piece of work. She flat out told me she didn’t care much for AAA calls so I better be waiting next to the car or her drivers are moving on.
How does Michael Cochran tolerate this behavior?

I was assigned this company through AAA last night at 9:15pm. I had a very flat tire after my son's baseball practice. The app. stated the ETA was 10:45pm. They showed up at 9:50! JR was very professional and was super sweet to me and my 11yr old son. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a stressful time late at night! Thank you

This company is not only slow and understaffed apparently, but they are rude and unprofessional as well. The girl that called me because I said a curse word over the phone (not directed at her) and hung up on me.
A hour and twenty minutes is a long period of time to have somebody to show up, figuring they never showed up last time I called AAA about this and they said they would send a guy.

Worse tow company I've ever used. I used AAA and this was the company that was set up. After a 2 hour wait the 2 employees arrive and after hurrying to strap in we were off to the destination. After arrival the driver attempted to unload my dodge magnum and in a rush did not clear the tow chain on the flat bed of the truck. As a result it caught the underneath of the number and ripped it from the left side of the car to the point the second driver had to flag the first person to stop reversing the car. The company has no refuses to cover the repair or help in any way. Even with video from the auto shop the car was being delivered too. Both employees looked high and obviously didn’t have any care in their work. Beware as the owners as well are missing a few screws. Worse tow company I’ve ever dealt with.
