The timing was horrible i waited for more then 6 hrs for a CDL physical.. i don’t go unless that’s all you gonna do that day.. the people who work there are great tho!

Went in for a d.o.t physical and the staff at the front desk where great. Very helpful. However the doctor working this day was rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Doctor had an attitude as soon as he walked thru the door. Definitely needs help when it comes to customer service.

I had a great experience during my appointment even though I had to go to two different clinics. It had to be the shortest time I have ever had for an appointment. The staff was very professional and I had a great nurse that got me through my Pulmonary Exam.

The facility is clean and professional the only reason I can’t give five stars is because whomever makes professional rules should know you don’t need to wait exactly forty-eight hours to read a TB results test. If the person had previous exposure the skin will react long before the forty-eight hour window closed. I came in with ten minutes to spare on forty-eight hours; do you really believe those ten minutes were significant?

The staff was pleasant and made me feel welcomed to be there. I was greeted in a polite manner and spoken to respectfully. Even upon leaving I was told thanks for coming and have a great day. Overall experience was exceptional, very good group of ladies working at that facility.
