Costco Wholesale

There's a lot to like about Costco. You will find many items at decent prices (just need to buy them in larger packages). The food court has good items at great prices that make for a decent lunch on the go. Costco offers samples if you're on the fence about some items they offer. If you have a car, they even offer free nitrogen tire gas stations for making sure your tires are properly inflated.

I previously posted a pretty long and descriptive review of how much I really appreciate Costco & all the reasons I prefer shopping there for all my needs and wants for my family. Well, today, I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated over a free sample. I was NOT allowed to try the sample, I was told I can't try it unless I've bought it and tried it at home. This makes no sense to me, because that is the whole purpose of trying it first. I am disgusted with this logic. MANY times in the past, I have taken samples and liked them so much, I bought them and continued to buy them. Now, it's like I am supposed to smell, learn about, and see the prepared product, take a huge chance on buying and trying it. What's the point?! I don't know who's policy that is, but it is a bad one and will NOT improve sales! NO MORE SAMPLES! NO THANK YOU. I Don't need to be teased to buy what I want. That's sad. I really love Costco and my last review was very highly appreciative and full of praise. I'll change it back when they stop teasing customers with so-called samples!!

Great service but tire center is slow... even with appointments it took them more than a hour to change my tires

I don't like how you have to pay them just to have the privilege of shopping there.

My favorite place to shop! They just about have it all! Great prices and quality merchandise. Excellent return policy. The employees are happy! Doesn't that tell you something?

Extremely helpful in every way. Even help with loading. Great prices on higher quality merchandise than you find at other big box stores

Great place but you have to have a membership to shop. They did hand out mask to people who didnt have one so that was good. They had lots of hand snitizer out for you as well . Great job!!

I really enjoyed my time shopping in this store, the staff are very helpful and kind even during this pandemic. The propane and tire shop guys are also very friendly. The prices are great and I haven't found propane cheaper anywhere else. Overall a really great place to shop, 5/5 would recommend.

Just signed up for a membership. Pretty straight forward, the lady who set us up was very nice. The process takes a bit longer than I expected however it's not unreasonable. We'd been members of BJs before but moved so we tried out Costco. They had good some really good deals based on our first shopping trip. Would recommend.
