Costco Wholesale

A well maintained place. The staff team is awesome and very helpful. Costco with its reputation has done a better job with this place. Have made some big purchases as well. Associates helped in loading it from the shelves to the billing and also in loading. The tire center folks might not be as friendly as the warehouse staffs. Had replaced tires for two cars over there. Other than that, the work is neat. They were reluctant and denied topping the air pressure which is complimentary as I was about to go for a long drive. The gas station in campus is heavily crowded during weekends and the evenings. But free up later in the night or during mid day. Less known fact, the fuel station is open by 7am in the morning and less busy during those hours. It is also open till 9p on weekdays and 7p on weekends which is an hour after the warehouse closes.

This is the worse location. Not enough handicap parking. Interesting, there was a large parking area right in front reserved for motorcycles. No motorcycles today I might as my husband and I drove around the parking lot looking for a close space. We finally settled for a parking place mid way down the aisle. My husband, who had a knee replacement within the last couple weeks, struggled to get my scooter out of the back of the SUV. I also had in the last 3 weeks emergency foot surgery and I am on a scooter for the next 3 months. Even though our disabilities are temporary, as are our handicap parking tags. It would have been much easier for us to get in and out of the store. Also, it's amazing how rude people are with people who are on crutches, scooters, and wheelchairs. I can't tell you how many times we almost got ran over, LOL. Please Costco, even though you have a terrible parking lot, will you give a few more handicap places. Thank you

We are new members and i wish i could remember the woman that signed us up, she was so sweet, patience and kind. Answered all of our questions, very helpful. I think her name may have been Robin? If you are considering bulk shopping sign up with Costco, way more healthier options then Sams.

Parking can be tricky but staff is fantastic and they have great products at great prices. I find the layout of this Costco is more user friendly than others in Denver. If you're a fan of the Yuban coffee they carry, very sporadic with when and for how it's in stock.

Always packed and always stocked. They now have desi Ghee as well

They are taking covid19 very seriously, and doing their best, however the customers are not!

This Costco is always very clean and organized and they have very tasty samples being provided constantly. The store is well laid out and has a good selection. However, it is difficult to figure out where things are when there are no signs at all telling you which isle is which. Once you've been there a few times it gets easier but I can't imagine trying to shop here just once. If you are in need of good clothes at a fraction of the usual price, Costco is the place for you. I am always amazed at how perfect their clothing selection is. I never walk in to this store and leave without a new item for my closet, no matter how hard I try. Definitely give this place a shot before shopping elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience here on Saturday, June 20th (11-1 range) was less than pleasant. I arrived here to do an Instacart order. I have gone to Costco my entire life and it has always been amazing! However, this time I selected the items that the instacart customers wanted and went to pay. I had forgotten my wallet so I asked one of the front-end supervisors to hold my items so that I could come back and purchase them. I told him I was going to drive home, get my card, and come right back. He said he would give me 30 minutes, and due to traffic, I missed the time by a few minutes. I asked for a manager to address my concerns and a manager by the name of Matt came to talk to me. I addressed my concerns and told him I wasn't happy about this situation and he responded very harshly. He told me several times that I was being petty and he told me to grow-up. He also threatened to ban me from ever doing an instacart order there ever again. This hostile response was quite unwarranted. First, I was not acting violently or threatening him or his employees in any way. My voice was loud because I was talking through my mask so that he could understand what I was saying. I never once said anything hostile towards any of his employees, I was simply upset about the situation and I was trying to address my concerns to a manager as is typical. I spoke with the store manager Cameron who was very kind to me and she told me that was not okay how Matt behaved and that they should've kept my cart in the cooler (because it had meat in it). Consequently, I was about an hour late to deliver both orders to my instacart customers. I am not okay with the hostility and tone of voice used by the manager. Also, of course I was upset because that was time lost (minus forgetting my card which was completely my fault and I didn't blame that on them) and I was not receiving very good treatment from the supervisor or Matt. I have worked a few different jobs and my managers were always understanding and sympathetic with upset customers. They always offered their help and I'm so glad the store manager was there at this time. One of the arguments Matt was trying to make with me is that if I value my time I should just go back and get the stuff (but it isn't quick) and not complain. Matt proceeded to interrupt one of his employees who was working on another task to try to turn them on me in order to prove his point. Yes, Costco is a great company, and no, I am not complaining about the company as a whole. I am just very displeased with the hostile treatment I received there.

We come here to eat lunch and stock up about every other week. It's quite often busy. The least busy we've gone was a Wednesday at 11, but I don't know if that's normal or if we were just lucky. Lunch and dinner hours tend to be the busiest. The food court is usually very efficient, especially when busy. They don't have high chairs. The gas station is often busy, too. There aren't any squeegees or cleaner for windshields. All employees I've talked to are friendly and helpful.
