I would have come for few repairs today, but they said i cant sleep in the truck while they work on it. Its like calling a plumber to your house and plumber says you cant even see your house while he is working.

Lady at the front counter was very nice and good at customer service, she gets a 10 out of 10. The rest of the guys there at the counter were a joke... they obviously were not there to serve every customer well!

There r ok an gt a lot of parts but when there guys r starting 2 think about breaktime or quitting time they don't even try 2 be helpful, rather disgusting

Management reached out to try resolve issues as per my previous post below.
Bought 2 truck from dealer and both had mechanical issues just out out of the door. One truck has a very unsafe issue that have taken to this garage and they have failed to fix it. Every time I take it I am told its a different diagnosis. I got charged so much on the first time of the issue and I was told it was fixed. Got on the road but problem was never fixed. Returned truck and again issue wasn't fixed. The truck automatically increases and decreases its speed and sometimes in sharp corners. Does anyone know where I can report this safety issue to the State or Federal?

I had replace 2 airline hoses on my trailer. Easy fix I thought hour or 2 at most. They spent 2 hours trying to slice it and patch it. Then the manager said it needs to be replaced from fitting to fitting and then spent another 2 hours. I got a bill for 500.. I freaked out, I felt I got scammed. So they lowered it to 400. I can't imagine what a serious repair would cost. I will not go there again...

We had to wait a week before our truck was looked at , not a big deal. But when we got the truck out of the shop. Not even a week later we are having the exact issue we had before ( they said they fixed the issue ) well I guess you had'nt done your jobs properly. You have changed from when we were at your place 3 years ago.

PHENOMENAL. these people are the best in the industry. They are best mechanic surgeons. They will fix anything. If they say cannot fix and it needs to be replaced is because they exhausted all the other inexpensive options. Trust me, this is the place you want to go to fix your VOLVO. I have been a customer for this place for over 5years with 25 trucks and no one can do better job then them. #1 people.

I don’t even have a Volvo! Had a tire blow-out damage trailer frame-arm that holds mud-flap. Service manager came out to look at it, and worked me in within an hour to do the quick fabrication and fix. They also did their best to keep the price reasonable. As a small fleet-owner (2 trucks) I’m extremely grateful for their help. I highly recommend them for any service!
