My differential seal needed to be replaced. I called on Monday and the guy told me they were very busy but could get me in on Wednesday. So I went. They did take my truck back on wed but didn’t start it till Thursday. Anyway extremely busy place so plan on staying at a hotel. Good news they have a couple that will shuttle you. Overall very nice people and they do good work. Just way over busy. I would limp to somewhere outside city if you can

I took my truck in as it was overheating. There was an obvious leak somewhere as the coolant was low. They call me days later and tell me everything is fine and I can pick it up. I pick it up, get to my destination 20 minutes away and I see coolant leaking everywhere. I check and see the coolant reservoir has a leak right where it bolts. It has a pressure crack it looks like. I call the dealership and they say they pressured tested it and saw nothing wrong. I tell them there was obviously something wrong. Shelby tells me I have to tow it back for them to look at it again. I tell them they will need to pay for the tow as they did not correctly diagnose the obvious issue. Or, I tell them I can pick up the part and I can put it on myself. She tells me I have to pay for the part even though the truck is under warranty. So they do not fix the obvious issue after days of the truck being there, they don't want to pay for the part under warranty, they don't want to tow the vehicle, and basically tell me it is not their fault as they pressured tested it. I am hoping someone in management can look at this review and make this situation right. All I want is to get reimbursed for the part I already picked up so that I could get the truck running again. This should have been a simple and reasonable solution. I am not asking for anything other than the part. I am not even asking for the lost time and inconvenience for something any technician should easily have figured out. If you make a mistake, just fix it in a reasonable way.

I highly recommend you talk to Franklin here at Premier Truck Group (South Dallas). He is the best! A top notch salesman that got us 2 beautiful trucks with ease. The process was very professional and efficient. He got the list of things repaired on the truck that needed repairing fixed for us and put all new tires on both trucks. Chris Russell was our CSR. He was AMAZING! Chris kept us informed regularly on the status of our repairs. He called us, we didn't have to call and get random people! That in itself is a great feeling, being kept in the loop. Chris definitely went above and beyond. He is definitely an asset to Premium Truck Group.

We have on occasion needed to use Premier Truck Groups mobile service and each time Mr. Kiele has shown up to take care of us. This guy is fantastic! He really know his stuff and has always fixed what was needed, no matter how difficult it’s been! I can not say enough about him! The mobile service has been fantastic and when Mr. Kiele shows up, it’s always with a smile and great attitude! He is able to pull up all of the info he needs to find the fix and repair it properly. My truck had a check engine light and we dropped it off, after inspection technician found even more problems that we didn’t know about . The ticket turned out to be 6800$. At first warranty was only going to cover 440$ I called Marcus Rodriguez-my salesman and together with his boss Stick, they made sure all issues that were not covered in the warranty were covered. I’ve bought 3 trucks from Marcus so far and I’ve walked away every-time feeling pretty good. I highly recommend Marcus to any body out there. They didn’t have to reach out to maintenance department to help me out but they did.
