Great customer service. Mary did a wonderful job. I called to get a quote Mary was the insurance broker that help me. She offered a very low price compared to several others. We loved the quote so much my husband and I drove over and had our policy insurance with in 15min. It was quick and easy. She was very informative and helpful.

DeMasters Insurance is the best insurance agency that I have ever worked with!! Tom and his staff deliver fantastic customer service and really go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. They work efficiently and fast. I have literally called them with last minute changes to my insurance policy and they have been updated in under 15 minutes. They have really worked hard every year to find the best rates for my business insurance! Also, they will work out any issues you ever have with your insurance provider, and they will work until the problem has been solved. DeMasters Insurance is simply the best!!! I love their service!!! I will never, ever go to another insurance agent!

First of all may I say this is the cheapest insurance that I could come across for my daughter. This is her first insurance and they explained everything to her that she would need to know if she ever got into a car accident . And his office manager has a personality out of this world I love them both thank you so much not sure what her name is and I'm so bad with names
