Chad delivered my hot tub in a timely matter. Had to wait for me a while cause of a contact phone number mix up but didn't seem annoyed at all. He was a very nice young man. Was polite and sat my hot tub in the driveway where I asked him too. Would recommend this cargo delivery company to anyone that needs a delivery.

Driver was patient and helpful. Had to get roughly 40 monitors to the third floor and helped load his hand truck and I had two others and got them transferred off the pallet and into the our office on the third level in a few minutes. Only issue we had was the company was supposed to call and schedule an appt as we have no one at this office yet and missed the first delivery. Talked with someone and someone else was supposed to call later that day to schedule something for the next day and again didn't happen. Luckily I was there for something else for the second attempt. Thanks for help Andrew M!

Gentleman very nice polite. My phone was malfunctioning but they still showed up without being able to get a hold of me by phone. I appreciated that because the piece of furniture was in my way and I had family coming in from out of town. They were very careful not to cause any damage to my home.

Ordered TV from Samsung, everything smooth until the day of delivery. got text 30 min eta. nothing. waited outside nothing. and after 3 hours got email saying my order delivered. went outside nothing. Called place said order has been delivered they cant do nothing about it. funny thing is I live right next to the door for my building and did not hear no truck pulling up it was quiet whole day. AND WHOEVER SUSAN IS JUST HANG UP DURING MID CALL WHEN I TOLD HER I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE

A very professional place and great people. People out there do NOT understand the whole operation of warehouse distribution and delivery service 🚚 and how it all comes together. All of you think its the delivery service end of it at fault - you are all wrong!!!! People think we are a joke-wrong again-we are always looking out for our customers in every way possible. We are 3rd party delivery service for our agents only-meaning when the freight is received-we are the ones that we contact our customers to schedule delivery date and time. So if you are ever looking for a great delivery service-we are her for you! I have been with this company almost a year and proud of it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled a delivery for a large playset. Waited all day for the playset and finally at 6:20 pm get a call from the driver saying he was 20 min away. 2 hours later, receive another call from the driver that he got lost but now he can't deliver my item because he's been on his shift for too long. Rescheduled for the following week. That day comes and I receive a phone call saying they have lost my playset in their warehouse and won't be delivering it. How do you lose a 300 lb item?? Who knows if I will ever receive it and now I have lost 2 personal days of work for an item I may never receive. It was a birthday present for my daughter so there's that too. Will never deal with this company again.

Ordered a mattress and found out this company was who was delivering. No weekend deliveries. Can't plan in advance because the route is not done until the day before. No communication with the company that sold me the mattress to update restrictions due to Covid and delivery procedures. Also was supposed to get a 30 minute call ahead and it was only 5 then had to wait while they found my delivery location.

Had a 10am-2pm window for a swing set. At 2:30pm called and was told we were the next stop. Called again at 5pm and was told it was on a truck they could not track....yeah ok. Over 8.5 hours and still no swing set and no explanation. Be better...it's not hard

My husband made the mistake of working for them. Their warehouse is a mess, cargo not pull and sorted by truck - drivers have to find their own cargo that is all over the warehouse. Drivers typically work 10-12 hour days 5 days a week. You go until your truck is empty. Even if the truck breaks down and you are on the side of the road for 5 hours waiting for someone to come help, you are then expected to finish your deliveries. Never mind that you end up working an 18 hour day at that point and there isn't overtime since you are a driver, you follow DOT guidelines which I'm sure they are often in violation of. Speaking of that broken down truck, unless it is mechanical, the driver has to pay for the repairs - flat tire and you are paying. Not kidding. And the icing on the cake is when you get fed up and quit - they don't pay you for the last 2-3 weeks that you worked. NICE! I highly recommend that you avoid them like the plague.

Terrible - I ordered two items that were being shipped from this vendor. First, the vanity I ordered from Home Depot was brought to my house two days after expected. The item was damaged on the front doors. It was not a knick that could easily be covered. The driver stated it looks like the forklift got this good. You don't want this. So he stated it would be returned to warehouse. They would notify Home Depot, return item, and Home Depot would send a new one out. I was told to expect a follow up call from Diamond Cargo and email from Home Depot. The second item was a bathtub ordered from Amazon sold by supplydotcom. The company shipped by Estes who transferred the item to Diamond Cargo for the final 90 minutes of transport. This item was late as well. Despite delivering damaged vanity on May 1, 2020, they did not bring the bathtub. They called to schedule a separate delivery on May 5, 2020. On the morning of May 5, 2020 they called to tell me they lost the bathtub and would not be delivering during the scheduled time. Research revealed the driver brought the bathtub paperwork with the vanity delivery. Why he didn't bring the vanity is unknown to me. They reschedule for May 8. 2020 after they found the tub. Delivery was to occur between noon and 4. At 3:40 pm they called to tell me the driver was on his way back to the terminal and would not be making the delivery. They asked when I wanted to reschedule. I told them Monday. They said no. When I inquired about the Home Depot order, they had no answers. Told me they would let me talk to the gentleman in charge of scheduling and when transferring me to email, call was dropped. I called back to no answer. On May 11, 2020, I had not received a call by noon, so I called them. No apology, just excuses. Estes needs to rethink their relationship with this disorganized, unreliable, low service organization.

Ordered a kitchen table online this company delivered it never called to notify it was coming the got to my house and never knocked on the door just stood on the porch looking in the window my dogs freaked out that’s how we knew they were there and we told them to take it around the back in the alley way they said ok dropped it right in the front of my house blocking my driveway and car from moving and also blocking the sidewalk so after receiving a phone call from the police for blocking the sidewalk I now have to leave work early and move it to avoid a fine and the icing on the cake is it wasn’t even our order it was a totally different order for a different person on a different city
