Worked with Matt in service. He was extremely helpful and professional, they performed a road call on a truck of ours, transported the driver to and from the hotel for free. Super accommodating and knowledgeable. Definitely will be using them in the future if needed!

Changed my emoyment start date 3 times, sent me from larned to great bend for no reason. Pay offered was low but luckily it was combined with lots of hours. Not a good place to try and work.

Gotta say these guys were fantastic to me. Was broke down on the side of the road due to another shops poor workmanship who wouldn’t come deal with their issue. These guys quickly got me off the road and helped me out the best that could with keeping my fridge going and finding a solution. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any work done here but I definitely would have if I could have . Appreciated their help. Great people.

My trailer was tilted over and stuck on the side of the ramp,I am glad to have called Doonan Peterbilt truck Equipment of great bend KS . Dennis can came shortly within 30 minutes and quickly took control of the situation. He Worked together with local law enforcement to safely close a part of the road in order to assess the situation.It took him about 15 minutes to get me out of the mess with his heavy duty wrecker .I highly recommend this company for all your heavy equipment needs .

We had a truck trapped in the recent floods in the area. These guys went above and beyond to help us retrieve our tractor and trailer and inspect them after retrieval. They were very helpful in helping our driver later get his personal items from the truck. Dennis in the service department is an amazing example of how taking a little bit of extra time can make an incredible difference in the customer service experience! Some businesses take advantage of folks when their back is against the wall. Doonan Peterbilt is not one of those businesses. Our final bill for everything they did was extremely fair. We will definitely use them again for anything we have going on in the area!
