DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Bentonville

Clean rooms and friendly staff.. room was a bit dated feeling, but the pull out couch was separated from the bedroom and worked great to set up for our boys to sleep. Restaurant and bar are closed for COVID. They do breakfast on Sat and Sun only, but they had a small grab and go station with muffins and granola bars, apples available. The pool was warm and we were the only ones that were in it. Clean facilities.

Carla was awesome. She helped track down our reservation which were made through an online app. She was very accommodating, even gave us delicious oven fresh cookies while we waited. The room was extremely clean, and very comfortable. This is the first time we've stayed in a DoubleTree, but we will most definitely be back to the Doubletree in Bentonville.

It was like having two rooms for the price of one! My daughter took the sofa bed that included her own TV. Then through a door was my bed and we shared the bathroom. Privacy for us both. Rooms were very clean and tidy. We also got a nice swim in their pool the next morning. I will definitely be looking for them when I travel again.

I really wanted to love this place a ton, but it just made it impossible to do so. I stayed here for 3 nights on a weekend trip with my family. First lets start with the good: great parking overall, very clean and beautiful lobby, and awesome awesome staff (more of a compliment to the Arkansas locals). I got some great recommendations from many of the front desk agents, our favorite was Darrell. Super friendly, very knowledgable, and made us feel at home. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. In our room, there was a loud clanking noise near where the furnace was, that came on about every 15 minutes, which made it incredibly hard to sleep with kids. We didn’t get room service a single day we were here. There was only 1 day (Thursday) we declined room service because we were in the room at the time and the lady said they couldn’t come back later. But both Friday and Sat we came back to the same dirty towels and sheets. These were inconveniences, but not the end of the world: Our digital key wouldn’t work at all, and in the right elevator none of the buttons worked. Again, not the end of the world, but when you charge more than most hotels in the area, you would think you would get the little things right. This was close to a 3 star, but honestly the no room service frustrated us quite a bit. The place just felt filthy the whole time we were there, and that’s just a bummer.
