Driving School of North Texas

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. My daughter attended this school and she had an amazing experience. The office staff was great helping to schedule drives if we were having trouble and the instructors helped build up her confidence about being behind the wheel of a car. She did her road test with them as well and passed even though she was extremely nervous about it. We are planning on signing up our son here when he turns 15!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO TO THE FRISCO LOCATION! The older white gentleman with the gray hair was extremely rude, crass, and demonstrated absolutely no customer service. When we entered the location - his "greeting" was "What do you need?" Not - "Hello", "Welcome", "How are you?", "How may I help you?". This was followed by additional condescending and sarcastic remarks. I maintained self restraint not wanting to jeopardize my daughter's test. His poor attitude was directed towards me, as well as my daughter, while he was alone with her during the driving test. And, though she passed her driving test, this was a terrible experience. Based on previous/other poor reviews of this location, you will notice a theme. And, because this appears to still be an issue, management does not take this seriously or does not care. Do not spend your money at the Frisco location and expose yourself and family to be mistreated. I gave this location 1 star only because it was required by Google, to post this review. My true review would be -5 stars.

We walked in and were greeted very rudely. The white older male with white hair was very rude and unprofessional. Not only was he unprofessional he was extremely intimidating for no reason. He gave slight micro aggressions to both me and my family and the other minority family there as well. I do NOT recommend this driving school. I should rate this business with 0 stars based on the rudeness I received and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Very bad experience. Very rude staff! Intimidating and harsh for no reason. Would never recommend and would advise to choose a different location for driving school. I would put 0 stars if I could.

My son was just there to take his road test. The instructor Fisher was super intimidating and not friendly at all. I think this is his tactic to intimidate the kids to fail so they have to pay more money to come take the test again.we ended up going to the DPS later in the day and he passed with flying colors...not giving another dime to that jerk.
