Cashier staff are rude and incompetent. I needed to request $ from my company to buy antifreeze, but the staff wouldn't give me the price with taxes included. All the other Pilots I've been to never decline that. Loss of revenue

I travel the country all year round and only stop at pilot. This is the first pilot I have even been asked to leave because the security guard didn't like how my RV looked. This flying j shouldn't even be able to call it's self a pilot. I will tell everyone I know about my experience at this pilot. The guard call me a bum because I have what he called hippie painting all over it. I still can't believe how bad this pilot was.

Be aware of your surroundings at this Flying J - While getting fuel in the RV lane, we were approached by a very drunk (or drugged) man requesting money. Scary situation, made us very uncomfortable. Also, be aware that this station is VERY busy - many cars getting fuel in the RV lanes - plan for alternative stop if possible.

Showers need to be cleaned!!! But..
It’s a place to park, showers are not clean, (I got my own cleaning supplies with me so I clean the shower myself.) water pressure and temperature is 5⭐️! People here just seem to have there own “click”.. they treat everyone different, just sit back and watch the show and you’ll see what I mean... 😕🤷♂️ it’s a ruff area as they do have security driving around and watching the parking lot..

The staff at this location are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I called ahead to ask if they had bacon, sausage, and eggs, not just sandwiches, for breakfast after 6 AM. I was assured that they did indeed have those. They did not.
"But you can get those in Denny's."
No ma'am, Denny's costs twice as much and I don't have time to wait for an order.
Then to add insult to injury, the girl tried to charge me $.55 twice for ice cups. In my own cups! Check your receipts here.

I just love all Flying J truck stops! I must say they have some of the nicest employees. The showers are also better than the competition.
When nature calls or your stomach is growlin somethin crazy... just stop on in.
As soon as u walk in, the cinnamon rolls are staring at u (I swear they say “buy me”) it’s very tempting to pass’em up. Well today I got one. The nice young lady was right, there ready to answer my call of hunger. I personally recommend these Cinnabons.
I did find something rather unique to this location, I’ve never seen at others. Upon stepping up to the far right urinal, u can’t help but notice all the names etched in the stone. Unfortunately I didn’t have any tool to contribute my name to the wall. Possibly they could hang something on a string so everyone can leave they’re mark (just say “Bill was here”)
So stop on in, u won’t be disappointed!

This particular truck stop/travel center is great. I enjoy stopping at the one off exit 104 in McCalla, Al. It's on my way to to work so I'll stop for their coffee and such things. Again great service from the folks their.

This place is alright it is off of I-65 x264, a quarter of a mile south of I-22 If you are a truck driver in the mid day time is a pretty good time to and get some rest the fuel line are little bit crowed but not to bad I thought the service was alright good time to get a shower before the evening time that when everything changes, like all the rest of the truck stops, in the Midwest going east, everybody starts to come in around 5 to 10 pm around 10 the place is pretty well pact, and there is not parking on the side streets or on the ramps so if you can't find any place to park you will have to keep it moving,.. If you are a traveler hauling a camper or just in a car they have quite a bit of parking in front of Dennys

The dedicated separate RV fuel islands are a godsend. Lots of fuel pumps for both cars and big trucks as well. Great competitive prices here. Store was well stocked. Men's room clean. Friendly staff.
Picked up some hot food from the hot bar.
All in all a pretty decent truck stop.
