Wow! Just wow! Short bald guy in Service is terrible and treats customers like we are making his life hard. He’s rude, condescending and down right hates his life. I’ve been there multiple times and he is the same way every time. Replace him! Service overall is super slow and the don’t answer the phone. Absolutely pathetic.

I know sometimes the bigger problem has yet to be found. And that being short staffed is a disadvantage for business. I dropped off here last Thursday. Today is Wednesday and I stopped by to get dirty clothes and found my tractor 5138 unlocked. This is unacceptable!!!! This is my home away from home and needs the same respect as your home/ work place. I have expensive personal and business equipment on my truck. Luckily everything was in its place. Also, please remember that while our trucks are down we are losing money!!!!so when we call for updates no attitude is required. It bad enough we have to leave a message then someone has to send an email to services resulting in not getting a call back.

Ok, on the plus side, Cody and David in the service department are super nice. Would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that even though I specifically asked for my truck to be kept on a battery charger to keep the refrigerator on life support over the weekend, that was not done. Monday when I went to pick up my truck, I had to throw out $100 worth of yogurt smoothies, raw shellfish, meat and cheese because it was all bad. That dead animal smell in my truck? Yeah, that's a fridge full of groceries. Damn it.
