Very Professional team from first call to out the door. Highly recommended!! Took 5 hours to do what another shop took weeks not to do. Thank you.

If you come here, make sure you have an appointment. I came without one, showed up an hour early on Monday at 6:45, fourth in line, sitting outside waiting. The door opened at 7:45, and everyone bull-rushed the door. Human decency was set aside, no matter how well-dressed you looked. I was able to get in the Scheduling line as #2. When I finally reached the window, I was told that I should be in the other line by the parts dept. because I didn't have an appt. There was absolutely no signage or indication that walk ins should be going to the PARTS DEPT window. Now I'm number 8 (last) in that line. When I got to that window, I was told I would be serviced late in the week, probably Thursday or Friday.

First the bad. I called four times over the course of two weeks to try to make an appointment for service. I had to leave a message each time. I never received a call back. I finally just took my coach out there. Luckily I live close by. Now the good. The people I talked to when i got there were very nice and helpful. They are now evidently working on it. I received a voicemail from Dave saying to call him back. He wanted to talk to me about the coach. Back to the bad. When i called back I of course had to leave a message telling them I was returning Dave's call and have not heard back. I doubt Dave has been informed that I returned his call. I am doubting anyone is even listening to their messages. I have called numerous times and no one ever answers. Just says leave a message. Very frustrating!

Thank you to everyone, especially Jeff for going above and beyond to help with a quick but important fix on our coach yesterday. We really appreciated you all. Ellen & Scott (from Prince Edward Island)

Trekking Tafts for Freightliner Service & Training Center
This was our first visit to the Gaffney Oasis Service Center. This place truly is an oasis. We did not have an appointment however we had called ahead and we were told that they would attempt to work us in if we could stay and be patient. We arrived and checked in with Willie Gilliam who was so nice and she told us to make ourselves comfortable and that she would do her best to work us in. The parking spaces are large and very accessible and can accommodate any size RV, each one has electric hook up and there is water and dump station on site as well. As hoped, they were able to work us in to their busy schedule in very short order. Two service techs met with us to go over our service needs and seemed genuinely interested in taking care of everything on our list. We absolutely could not be happier with our experience here and this will be our go to service center for any of our Freightliner needs. Worth the drive! Thank you Willie for taking such good care of us. Rob and Amy

15K service on Freightliner Chassis. Excellent service by techs, Devin and Austin. Office ladies, Nicole and Willie very helpful with paper work and scheduling! Stayed at the facility for 2 nights. Twenty plus sites with 50amp power, and a dump station, and potable water, with plenty of room to open slides. Overall a very positive experience, with very friendly service. Worst part was paying the bill, but got a 5% discount as a member of Freightliner owners club.

Terry Trageser for Freightliner Custom Chassis Service Center
My dad had service done on his Cross Country the other day. My husband and I Followed my folks up to Freightliner service center just to give my folks and their fur babies a place to hang out in our camper. Well.....let me tell you..... * The folks there are incredible! We arrived after 1:00 to check in. Willy-jo greeted my dad and husband while I chatted it up with customers waiting on their RVs. The lobby/waiting room area was large and clean with comfy chairs. Three dogs and one really bored cat were waiting with their owners. A large screen tv is mounted on one wall, a table for card playing or crafts is available and the “kitchen” area had coffee, donuts, and vending machines. I recalled seeing a microwave too. * Willy-jo completed the necessary paperwork for my dad and told us to pick out our overnight RV spot and let her know what number we occupied. Note: there is only an electric hookup but they provide potable water and dumping station. Lesson learned, we should have filled up the water tank before we parked. The spot is gravel and pretty darn level. * the mechanics showed up at 0800 to pick up the RV. They were very polite, clean, and professional. Through out the day they called us to report on certain findings and give us a status. My dad and hubby decided to take the Freightliner Factory tour. The Service center was kind enough to drive them to the factory! The tour lasted about 2 hours and they really enjoyed it. (Cost: free). By the end of the day, the mechanics called my dad over to show a larger issue and stated they may need to work on it the next day. However! They worked two hours overtime to fix it! wowzer. Side note, the garage area was spotless enough to eat off the floor...per hubby. They did everything promised to my dads RV. * due to the lateness of getting the RV back, we stayed a second night. The next day my dad and hubby went to settle the bill (very detailed) with Willy-Jo. Once settled, she came around the counter to give my two favorite men a hug! The above experience is just a sample of what great, quality service we got. We did learn the overnight RV spots were on a first come first serve basis. Not all fur babies went into the lobby with their owners. Several owners sat outside due to the nice weather.

Had issues with our unit and had to drive to Gaffney to pick up the parts (MC and VDC) in stock after the two hour trip to campsite I installednew parts and I had no power to gauges and no power to warning lights. Called the next morning when they opened and explained that we were heading home (600 miles) and needed to have it looked at. We were told to bring it in and they would try to look at it in the afternoon. We arrived around noon and we were done and on the way home by 3. Very pleased with the overall experience and I will return for service if in the area again. Thanks for your help getting us going.

Raymond Czaplewski for Freightliner Custom Chassis Service Center
We made our first pilgrimage to the Freightliner Service and Training Center in Gaffney South Carolina. Our Vectra is 10 years old, and I wanted technician experienced in RV chassis to give it a thorough inspection. I prefer to invest in preventative maintenance to reduce chances of inconvenient breakdowns and even more expensive repairs. It was a very positive experience. Miss Pat, the service writer, is very competent and personable. Her stellar reputation proceeded her. This service center only works on motorcoaches. It has about 25 overnight gravel coach sites with 50 amp service. We enjoyed "campground" conversations with other motorcoach owners waiting for their appointments. Many of the owners were getting their annual oil changes etc on route to Florida. Appointments are strongly recommended. We were too late to get an appointment that meshed with our travel plans, and we arrived as walk ins. We got lucky. Pat was able to work us in behind customers with appointments, but we ended up staying 3 nights. We will return here whenever our migration path comes this direction.
