Had my truck in to get Transmission fixed Picked it up last week everything was fine when I got in it wife bought me to rugs for it their employee put greasy parts inside the truck on my rugs ruin them I guess Their employees don't know any better My company wasn't happy about it either when I showed them the pictures of Them Just plain laziness and stupidity

In for a quick replacement of wiper motor, said it would not take long, 3.25 hours later I looked around and truck parked outside. Ask about paperwork, be ready 30 minutes. 30 minutes later no paperwork advisor playing on phone. Finally got it and emailed to company. Very incompetent, no priority even though I was on a tight window for pick up 20 minutes away.

Check in is pretty easy, the service advisors are friendly and competent acting. There does seem to be either a back log of truck repairs, or just poor work ethic on the part of the mechanics, or maybe a mix of both. The only ones with kind of nasty attitudes are the mechanics, everyone else seems pretty decent. I'm happy enough, but of course I'm not an owner operator, so the delay and the attitude is not (quite) as big of a deal.
