Great responsive Customer Service and cleanliness.
The Staff ie. Clerks, Stockers, and Management is always there to lend a hand. There are stores few and far between, whereby staff see you looking and asks "what are you looking for?"
Good points rewards system. Sales on various products. Good Organic and Vegetarian products. Well laid- out Produce Dept. Good Plant Department for any Grocer.

[Meant to mention the Management followed up and as is Giant's par de course, sent me a message letting me know my review was read and they want to ensure every shopping experience meets my needs. That is cool!]

Compliments to Giant and Jay a cashier, from a very senior customer. Jay is a polite, friendly young man, who cheerfully welcomed me, packed my groceries, checked to make certain that the bags were not too heavy and treated me with kindness and concern. He also treated me as though we were peers....a cashier who can cross generational boundries, as Jay can, is a very valuable ambassador for Giant. Thank you, Jay and Giant

I'm always treated nice by staff. Good food products along with prepared food. Clean store. Good sales a bit more than Walmart but not as crowded and more items u want.

I love this Giant and their selection of meat is usually very good. However, this morning I purchased a Tyson pre-packaged roast with vegetables for crockpot cooking. I’ve purchased a similar product at a competitor which was very good. I just knew Giant’s would be better. Not so! The Chuck roast was very thin and fatty and the onions, carrots and celery were slimy and looked as if they had been frozen. I threw them away. I won’t buy this product at Giant again.

When I visited this store, I checked to be sure what time the store opened and closed, as I was visiting late after a late work shift. The sign on the door said that they closed at midnight, and there were pages over the intercom suggesting that the patrons of the store finished their shopping because they were closing in 15 minutes, which was at 11:00 p.m.. The associates at the registers were polite and helpful, but very eager to get the store empty so they could go home. The explanation that they closed earlier, was that they were opening earlier so that the elderly had time to shop prior to standard populace entering the store.. She suggested that to be 6:00 a.m..

All the employees were pleasant, moving out of my way if I needed to pass them in aisles. They were helpful locating an item I couldn't spot. The young man @ check- out was very patient and helpful. The bagger was very pleasant. Got everything I needed. Good experience.

I don’t think the name can stress this enough... this food center was GIANT! They had everything we needed for our Christmas celebration. With great selection comes great space however, it would often take twenty to thirty minutes simply to walk to another isle because of the sheer size of the food center. Nice staff.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the employees here! The aisles are kept very clean & well stocked. The parking is plentiful.
I wish that there was a Giant gas station at this location - it’s unfortunate you have to drive to Red Lion or Queen St. to use your points. Plus there aren’t any nice, conveniently located gas stations in Shrewsbury, so I think this would be a huge hit!
I do love that they offer to exchange gas points for money off your total bill (from my understanding, 10 points = $1 off). That’s a good alternative to driving to take advantage of gas points.
